I sent various messages, over different days and times including the weekend, I got a reply both from Abigail and Joe even late into the evening !

I'm so busy with work having someone to check compatibility and ask technical advice out out of hours was invaluable , Items now delivered and look even better than i expected .

After a purchase 3 days later emailing for more money as a pricing error. So you take people's money and do not honour your price company is a joke. When installing a kitchen do I ask the clients for more money when I made a mistake NO my fault my problem

Messaged the company about an item for sale had a really fast reply, Needed the item by a certain date and it arrived well before, Item quality was excellent will definitely be back for more soon.

I bought a full bathroom suite, off Corsobathrooms and from the start to end it was a pleasure. From asking questions to ordering the service I received was A***. My mother’s doing her bathroom soon so will be purchasing her bathroom suite from here. Highly recommended and fantastic products at a fantastic price!

Terrible customer service and very poor communication, disappointing experience all round and a waste of time. Ordered 2 items from B&Q one direct and one from these. Totally different experience from both with the B&Q faultless transaction and Corso terrible from start to finish, no delivery planned until I chased and then given a date a wk after scheduled date from ordering. Needed a plumbing to attend for another day and cost, my advice is if you order from B&Q make sure it’s direct and not from these.

Great communication throughout the process, great seller and great products

Took old pan out, then unpacked new one, found it was chipped but couldn't put old one back so fitted new one or otherwise without toilet. When I told them they said they couldn't do anything because I had fitted it. Eventually they offered me a new Pan at what they called a reduced price. In the end I agreed to except their offer but they have ignored all my correspondence since I informed them of my acceptance.
whether by co-incidence or not they did call me shortly after my review was posted and said the offer was still available providing i withdrew my review. i have since rejected the offer

I came across Corso website whilst looking for a specific brass tap and they were so much cheaper than the very same item anywhere else. I started researching other items Corso sold as we had x3 bathrooms to fit out, and we ended up purchasing almost all items (showers; screens; basins etc) from them. Joe was excellent, communicative and willing to go the extra mile, often responding to queries evenings and weekends.
Great job on both price and service. I would highly recommend.

I ordered from a major retailor and noticed my item was sent to a 3rd party for fulfilment, Corso Bathroom and wanted to write a positive review as the major company didn't do so great. However Corso Bathroom was brilliant, they delivered the item fast and was exactly what I ordered.

I highly recommend Corso Bathrooms. Joe is really helpful and really goes the extra mile to source everything for you. All the prices are really competitive.

We ended up getting two items from Corso bathrooms when curating the new bathroom we had installed when we moved into our house in spring 2025. As the project evolved we settled on a mix of black for the ceramic items (toilet, bath, sink etc) and brushed brass for taps, shower, radiator and so forth. The mixer tap we got from Corso Bathrooms (via B&Q, where we did most of our browsing) is lovely and was easy for our contractor to install in the wooden sink unit we have. Good height, attractive finish, strong flow of water and a solid feel when adjusting the water flow and temperature.

By sheer happenstance (since we weren't trying to match up accessories with particular brands) we also ended up getting our shower from Corso Bathrooms and it too looks lovely and functions brilliantly now that it's installed. As I recall the items were delivered very promptly too, which was important as I kept getting questions along the lines of 'When is X arriving? We need it now!' from my contractor, so not having to wait long or chase up delivery windows was very welcome. Overall I'm happy with the items and service I received from Corso and would be happy to use them again, should the need arise.

I'm not saying what happened to me will happen to anyone reading this but I wouldn't trust this company with my hard earned money expecting a good service, actually I've not had any service at all. I ordered an item from them, money from my account was prompt, email claiming my order is on its way, was prompt. Anything arriving to me is not prompt, nothing has arrived and after various emails exchanged with them claiming " I order my order" whatever that means, I've given up. My experience with this company is they have a very unhelpful customer service team and in my mind a bunch of scammers who take your money and deliver nothing. Think I'm in the wrong business lol.

I bought a shower from Corso Bathrooms. I had been let down by two other suppliers and needed the shower very quickly.

Corso Bathrooms were extremely helpful and arranged express delivery for me.

The shower arrived in time and is perfect.

Definitely highly recommend Corsobathrooms. I messaged them regarding ordering a full bathroom suite. Jolyon the gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide which one was best for our needs.

We ordered our suite on a Monday and it was all delivered by Thursday in readiness for fitting on Friday as agreed with Jolyon.

When our bathroom fitter, fitted the new shower basin, screen, taps and cladding he said the quality on products are second to none.

We were looking at purchasing new taps for our new bathrooms and stumbled across Joe from Corso bathrooms on marketplace. He was so helpful and managed to source the taps we wanted with 2 options he offered us new but cheaper than any other website and he offered us ones with minor imperfections for a fraction of the cost. We chose the ones with the imperfections and they were amazing! We could see anything wrong with them. We again reached out to Joe a few weeks later for a new shower he was amazing he found us the one we wanted and saved £30 off the brands website. I highly recommend using Corso bathrooms and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you guys 😊
