I am unable to get this product in the UK and this is about the 3rd time I've ordered from cosmetic2go.com. Each time I have received emails updating me on the product's progress and the parcels have always arrived within a week - better than ordering within the UK sometimes! Can't fault them and would highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Cosmetic2Go.
I placed an order and paid nearly £20 for shipping, assuming that was the full cost. At no point during checkout was I clearly warned that additional customs fees could apply. If I had known, I would never have placed the order.
After paying for my order, I received an unexpected FedEx invoice for almost £29.70 in customs fees. When I contacted the company, they completely shifted the blame to me as the customer, claiming it’s “my responsibility” to be aware of such charges. This is unacceptable. It’s the store’s duty to clearly and prominently inform customers before they commit to buying, not bury this information or leave it out entirely.
Their lack of transparency feels deceptive. This is not about the law — it’s about basic honesty in business. Charging high shipping fees without warning customers of additional possible charges is misleading.
I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk paying unexpected hidden fees.

I ordered something I couldn’t get in Australia. The price was good and yes it took a while to arrive but it got here. Initially I didn’t receive an email with tracking but when I reached out I received an answer back straight away. Will definitely buy again
