I had a great experience with Cosmetic2go! I just came home from Portugal and bought ATL moisturizing cream there. It’s the best ever for me, so I ordered two big tubs and the shower gel. Everything arrived quickly and perfectly. I will definitely order again!

do not touch them with a barge pole - SLOW AND USELESS

The order was for some redoxin. It took 5 weeks and a tonne of emails to actually deliver it to the UK. The attitude was you have to keep chasing us and we will just give up after 3 weeks and give you a refund .
No - i wanted the order.
Such a battle to get it delivered and now slapped with £10 customs on top - would have been cheaper and quicker to drive to the next nearest city where theye have some in stock.
May be the language barrier or just cultural differences but not a sorry, a sense or responsibility, or a sense of urgency AT ALL !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
FOLLOWING THE RESPONSES FROM COSMETIC2GO : yes that process took you 4 weeks to sort out and was mainly drive by me - not you. I had to chase you several times to get a resolution. Only now you are on a public platform have you finally apologised. If you had handled this better from the start I wouldn't be warning other people about you now. I wish you well but I wont be recommending you to anyone.

As soon as you reached out, we investigated your order and found that it had likely been delayed at UK customs — something, unfortunately, beyond our control. Given the delay, we followed our policy of offering an immediate refund to avoid leaving our customers waiting indefinitely. However, we completely understand that your preference was to receive the item, not a refund.

We did escalate the issue with our logistics partner and insisted on a resolution, and we were relieved to see the parcel finally delivered. We're grateful that you acknowledged our efforts at that time, and we wish the process had been smoother from the beginning.

Regarding the customs fees: all international shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these charges, and they are always the responsibility of the recipient, as per international shipping regulations.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

We have verified that your order was sent from our warehouse correctly, however the logistics operator was unable to make the delivery because the address you provided was incomplete or incorrect. We have indications that Fedex tried to contact the recipient to expedite delivery but the phone was not answered. And for this reason the order was returned to our warehouse. So far the order has not been returned to us but so that you are not harmed you will be refunded for not having received the products.

Scam Company – Missing Items and No Response!


I bought 4 cans of baby formula for my child but only received two. I called the company every day and sent emails daily, but they never responded. The price of the formula was three times higher than the market price. This is a scam company — I do not recommend buying from them.

Jag köpte 4 burkar modersmjölksersättning till mitt barn men fick bara två. Jag har ringt företaget varje dag och skickat mejl dagligen, men de svarar aldrig. Priset på mjölken var tre gånger högre än marknadspriset. Ett blufföretag – jag rekommenderar inte att handla därifrån.

Comprei 4 latas de leite para o meu bebê, mas recebi apenas duas. Liguei para a empresa todos os dias e enviei e-mails diariamente, mas nunca responderam. O preço do leite era três vezes maior que o do mercado. Empresa fraudulenta – não recomendo comprar dela.

My order is not getting delivered it…

My order is not getting delivered it been 2 weeks I'm trying to reach out to them but they are not replying. I got an email from FedEx that they will deliver my order and then they are not delivering it and when I reached out to them they said that the tracking number is not their it TNT and they I'll deliver it and the TNT one say daily that they will deliver tomorrow but it is a scam and now they are not even replying. I needed medicine but the customer service is so bad . They are not replying to my email as well. If something is wrong just reach out to me but no I don't know what is wrong with them but it is cometic2go's fault they need to stay in contact with customer I have never seen such a bad miscommunication and customer service

I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience with this purchase. Your purchase was made on March 7th and I have seen that our customer service team has always responded promptly to your emails and helped you receive your order as quickly as possible. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately, delivery did not occur within the stipulated times, for reasons beyond our store's control. After our efforts and urgent delivery requests with TNT, the delivery was successfully made on March 24th.

Fast delivery to Ireland

I was a bit wary of this company after reading reviews but the problems seemed to be from orders going to the UK.
I ordered on Monday and my package arrived to Ireland on Thursday. Really quick delivery. The products I ordered were much cheaper than high street shops. I'd recommend this company if buying within the EU.
