Our guide was great. The Sunsquare hotel in Capetown and the Sabi river Sun resort were supar along with the food. Did not enjoy the stay along with the barely edible food. Staff was horrible at the Sunsquare restaurant. The rest of the lodging was great and food was excellent. Especially loved ghost mountain lodge in South Africa and forester arms in Estwani.

filled with great sites, towns & experiences. The tour director Anna was outstanding, as was the bus driver Gary. Anna had the best personality for the job with her knowledge, organizational skills & sense of humour. Gary took our safety seriously, driving better than anyone I have ever known. He was always cheerful, helpful & such a pleasure to be around

Mostly very good. The trip title was "coastal" but there was little coastal experience. I would have liked more scenery/nature experience and less time in towns for shopping.
Organisation of trip all very good.

Excellent planning, well paced, informative guide and good selection of hotels. Transport was very comfortable too.

Tour Guide and Bus Driver were excellent.
Tour itself was a good mix to give us a taste of the Grand Canyon

Just enjoyed the Grand Tour of France with 42 other travelers and it was wonderful to enjoy their company as we experienced a fantastic itinerary. Our tour director was fabulous, informative and solicitous for 14 days. The beaches of Normandy elicited such emotion. Mont St Michael was magical. The Chateau’s of the Loire Valley were fantastic. An adventure every day.

Our guide was the highlight of the trip George was amazing.

Absolutely love Cosmos Escorted Tours. I’ve been on these tours numerous times and all have been excellent. Lovely accommodation, well situated for all the attractions. Excursions included in the tours, or you can add to the ones included but you have to pay for them, but they are reasonably priced if you decide to add them in your tour. You have excellent knowledgeable Tour Directors & Drivers. Take the stain out of driving and booking different hotels. It’s all done for you. So all you have to do is enjoy the tour. If it’s once in a once in a lifetime holiday, then make the most of it and book it with Cosmos, you will not be disappointed.

Cosmos is a great company. The call centre staff are so helpful. The prices are reasonable and the itineraries cover a good amount.

Great trip all around

Places visited and knowledge of guide made it great, plus caring attention of driver. Hotels were not always great and beds often too hard to sleep on. Porterage was not included, which is strange for escorted trip and made things difficult for elderly participants.

From the minute we met our tour director to the last two extra days we stayed in Victoria he helped us book extra nights in the hotel, this man darcey hamilton is an asset to your company nothing was too much trouble. Norm the driver was equally as brilliant thank you so much for a amazing holiday of a life time carnt praise your company enough will and have highly recommended your tour to everyone thank you once again
