My coach tour experience of the Canadian Rockies was great due to:
*The exceptional experience and knowledge of Serena Campbell, our Tour Director, who included a great deal information and sightseeing into each day, and gave us lots of options for our days when we weren't travelling.
*The amazing sights
*The comfortable accommodation
*The included tours of the Columbia Icefields and the Butchart Gardens
*The excellent Coach Captain/Driver Steve Chan who drove the brand new coach expertly.

The staff knowledge was great.

The locales were remarkable-beautiful scenery all the way.

Jeanette was a great tour leader. Well organized, cheerful, patient, attentive, knowledgeable and articulate about Great Britain and its cultures.
John did a great job driving.

Accommodations were very good to excellent.

Enjoyed the journey with our fellow travelers.

Would have liked more time in certain places-York, Bath, Liverpool but this was still a well done trip that covered England, Scotland and Wales very nicely in the allotted time. We appreciated the amount of free time we had.

The best trip I have ever done, our tour guide, Neela was the best.

Sonja, the guide, and Michele, the driver made the experience excellent! Sonja was easy to talk to and I knew I could go to her for help with anything. She gave us lots of cultural information that made the trip more meaningful. Michele was an excellent driver and kept us safe!

Our bus driver Neil and our tour guide Serena were exceptional.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The scenery and experiences were excellent and we saw the Rockies without any bad weather

The organising of all the activities and always there when you need any help.

Was a great trip. The tour director and bus driver were AMAZING! The only thing I didn’t like were some of the hotels. Some were great some were not. I got put in a handicap room twice and the hotel would not change it. Most of the hotels were too far out of the city to walk around. Basically we were stuck to eating at the hotel that was very expensive. I would rather been able to eat at a local place and do a little more shopping at local stores instead of tour stops. All in all it was a good experience

We had an excellent guide (Bev) and driver (Steve) on our trip down the east coast of Canada. Bev gave us exactly the right amount of information but also gave us time to relax on the bus journeys. Steve was a very willing driver, learning all our names and also knew his way around really well.
There were quite a few interesting places to visit included on the trip, Niagara Falls being the most impressive. We also went on most of the optional excursions and felt they were all worth the money.
The only disappointing thing about the trip was the standard of hotels. I felt like I was in the basement at the one in Quebec with very few lights in the room. I know it is a Canadian way of life but I prefer to eat breakfast in the hotel at a leisurely pace but I didn’t feel this was possible in any of the hotels and the breakfast in Montreal was certainly not worth $22 + taxes. I would have rather paid more for the hotels and had ones with a higher star rating.
On the whole we enjoyed our holiday and the opportunity to see so many of the sights in Eastern Canada.

Great trip. Well planned and executed by all Cosmos employees we dealt with.

Our tour guide , Nadza, was wonderful however Cosmis challenged her with a physically handicapped tour member who she had to accommodate while attending to the other 17 tour members! I realize you cannot discriminate vs those who are challenged but I feel Cosmos should be perhaps the first to offer tours specially targeted to those who are challenged so they can all be accommodated vs how it is currently handled! Walkers do not work on the many steps and hills in Italy! Finding a taxi to accommodate someone who cannot even access vehicle without assistance is totally unacceptable to the tour guide and your tour members! The tour guild never complained but it was stressful for her each day to try to please all! In addition the scheduled daily tours and excursions were great however you might consider scheduling them when shops are closed! Free time always occurred when most shops were closed! Not good planning for those of us who like to shop a little! We were 18 and drive in this huge coach and the distance from destination back to coach was long and tiresome for many! A smaller vehicle might have been easier to park closer to our drop off/pick up location! Not good planning ! When touring Puglia perhaps Bari be the last destination as it is closer to Bari Aiport to get to Rome to connect to flights! 3am departure time from Martina Franca to Bari to fly to Roma was no walk in the park ! Had we been in Bari maybe a later departure time to Roma was available! I hope Cosmos does listen! I’ve travelled extensively in Europe and I think there is room for improvement for Cosmos though I will probably consider traveling with your company again! Maybe! Thank you!

The guide was knowledgeable friendly and organised. The days were balanced with not too much travelling time and not too taxing. The hotels were good and the optionals added a lot to the experience.

This was one of the best holidays I have had. The scenery, the people, the culture all just waiting to be discovered. Everything was so well organised and the tour director was a marvel. There was dream fulfillment with driving through the sand dunes, riding a camel, experiencing a walk through the medina in Fes, then a short while later visiting a nearby shopping centre. A dinnner at Sam's Cafe in Casablanca was great fun, and the food everywhere was marvellous. And, no potholes!

Excellent organisation from Cosmos and FANTASTIC tour director (Paulo) for the complete trip of three South American countries in three weeks. There were too many highlights to list every day was special and the tour director was an absolute gem.
