Very good service, received on time.

I ordered Lancôme skin care , the shipment arrived during less than one month , packaging was great and products original .

Originally left a bad review because i got mixed up with another company i was also expecting a delivery from! Sorry about that.

Delivered in time in perfect condition, good service!

I was very skeptical when I ordered my cosmetic products from Comostore in Hong Kong. The Internet page looks as if it could be a scam with the usual spelling errors etc. The confirmation I received via E-mail also looked dodgy. Payment was made via PayPal and credit card combined.
But the product arrived in Luxembourg in prime condition, on time and without ayny custom duties to be paid.
My worries were put to shame.
I can highly recommend Comostore and their products. Shipping costs are more than reasonable and they sell products which it is hard to find anywhere else. I purchased a product from a Canadian manufacturer and it’s exactly like the one I bought in the US.

Horrible service! I have not got my item yet even after almost 1.5months..

They claimed they will deliver in 14 to 25 days and it’s past a month the item has not been delivered yet. When I checked now they have changed the delivery time to 45 days with no reason, but repeatedly reply the same message without a proper response. They hardly respond.

I bought this item as a surprise gift and the surprise is ruined. They didn’t give any attention at all. The most pathetic and horrible online purchasing experience ever!!!!

Hello, I want to leave here my review on the purchase of cosmetics for my beauty salon. Delivered in 11 days, the package arrived without any dents or damages. The prices are reasonable, but not the lowest, because the cosmetics are of good quality. Visitors to my beauty salon are satisfied

Ordered a parcel 3 months ago and still didn't get it to the EU. The company refuses to send a refund.

I never received my order, and the company will not give me a refund. Bad customer service.

Have never had a bad experience since using CosmoStore for several years now........go above and beyond to keep their customers happy always.

So far so good. Had issue with broken shampoo bottle. They happily sent a new one. I have no issues so far.
