Costelloes EV Reviews

Good service. friendly staff

Got the job done fast ,friendly and helpful with telephone calls.

A great big thanks to Amy and Terry for making the installation of my EV charger such a painless process. Amy did a fantastic job from the office of booking me an early slot and keeping me informed of when everything would be happening. Terry did the install and explained exactly what would be happening. He recommended a slight change to the installation position, which made perfect sense when explained. Then just got on and did the work. Terry showed me what he had done then explained the use of the app and did a great demo of the equipment. It's my first experience of using a charger and an EV and the help I received from Costelloes EV just made everything a bit easier. I would highly recommend the company and thank both Amy and Terry for all their help. Terry even tidied up after as he was going along. Brilliant job.

Second time using Costellos as recently moved home. Very happy with both customer service and the lads who took great care to fit the EV charger safely, and neatly. Polite and professional service all round - couldn’t be faulted. Thank you.

Nice polite professionals
Simple replacement job completed
Will look at using them again

The whole process from start to finish. Great price and fast and efficient installation.

The engineer was very professional and very tidy

From the initial enquiry to the completion of the fitting the charging unit, we were very well informed of what was going to be happening. The fitter, Terry was very understanding and took time to explain to my wife every step he was taking. As I was unavailable during the day he took time on the telephone to answer my question's too. Overall highly recommended.

Booking installation was easy. Charger installed the next week. Staff very helpful. Charger installed with no mess. Very pleased with service and Ohme charger.

The lady technician was excellent, her quality of work faultless

Great service level, fab install, good advice.

From beginning to end the quality of communication was very good and all staff were informative and reassuring, from Amy at the office, Dave.the engineer and especially Monica the installer who along with Tony did a really neat and professional job and provided good advice and guidance on how to get started.

Relatively easy survey, though it would have been good to know up front what photos were required.
Installation team were prompt, polite, personable and professional.
Installation is very neat and the equipment looks very good and is very easy to use.

Excellent service throughout. Kept me fully informed of the procedure and developments. The fitter was punctual and the installation was near and tidy. Couldn't fault. 5 stars.

Great price for a car charger for supply and fitting. The electrical fitter was knowledgeable and explained the fittings procedure clearly. She was efficient in the fitting leaving the fitting area clean and tidy
Thank you

The staff are very friendly and helpful very knowledgeable.
Always kept all the areas where they were working clean and tidy.
Highly recommend Costelloes.

They don’t return calls or provide quotations when requested. Have left 2 messages with no response

From first contact to a trouble free timely installation, I can't fault Costelloes for their expertise. Energy company quoted eight weeks installation time and Costelloes had my EV charger fitted in less than two weeks.
Excellent service.

Arrived on time, did a good, quick and tidy job and explained everything about how to use the charger. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
