We are now the proud owners of a bespoke dining table - it looks amazing and is beautifully made. Easy to order, kept informed of progress and professionally delivered. The chaps took the time to put the table together, get it into a position we liked and took all the packaging away with them.

Unfortunately my table arrived with a mark on the leg. As this wasn’t picked up at point of delivery the company were unable to do anything apart from tell me to colour it in with a black marker. I understood it would take a lot of effort to replace the leg but I think for the price paid some form of compensation should’ve been offered

We recently took delivery of a 200 cm oak dining table from Coseywood, and are extremely impressed with all aspects of the ordering and delivery process, and most importantly the table itself. It is topped with a beautiful piece of oak and complemented by the unique leg design, forming a perfect centrepiece for our new dining room for years to come. Our table was more beautiful than we’d hoped it would be and we are over the moon with it. Cosywood were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sent us lots of free samples and after sending them a photo of what we’d like to match our oak table too they sent us some additional samples in different shades of oak. We chose our sample and from placing our order we were able to track the order right through to delivery. We were sent photos of our finished table to approve before despatch. The logistic team employed were marvellous too. They took very good care of our table and assembled it before removing all packaging. I’m so pleased we chose Cosywood over other companies.

I bought a dining table from this company and although the quality of the table looks good the after service has been poor and therefore can only give one star. The table has legs on it and it has a large scratch on this see photo, raised an issue and spoke with Artem, who promised replacement and also would get it fixed that was on the 8th of July, however I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding replacement part been dispatch and have followed up and he has gone quite on me since the 11th of July. In summary product looks great, however Poor aftersales and get the feeling like we have had your money/sale…. Last time I will buy of them
