La table est vraiment très belle et super qualité du bois chaine massive, correspondant les photos sur le site et l´echantillon de la couleur/ traitement de la chaine.

From the point of order we were kept fully informed of the progress of the table and bench construction through the work shop. Delivery occurred as programmed five weeks after ordering.
We are absolutely delighted with the price and quality of the table and bench and would highly recommend Cosywood.

We were very impressed with the communication, they were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The delivery was swift and the rails are fabulous and very easy to assemble - the delivery guys were going to do this but we had to go out. Would recommend without hesitation 👍🏽

Great table, amazing customer service and worth the price. I had a change of mind on the final finish after having already placed the order but the customer service I received was excellent and the company were happy to accommodate the change. Really pleased with my purchase of a dining table.

When I decided to return the table, it was picked up the same week and when I enquired about the money not having been refunded to my card, Artem had accounts transfer it to me immediately. Rare to find such attentive customer service these days, very impressed

I ordered a large 3m herringbone oak table from Cosywood back in November.

Wow is it beautiful, the table is elegant and very well built. Truly a thing of beauty, I couldn’t be happier.

At the moment I’m just waiting for cosywood to get back in touch as to what varnish and sand paper grit they recommend for me to use in the future on the table.

I ordered a Halborn table from CosyWood and am extremely pleased with the table that I have received. It’s absolutely perfect, stunning to look at, well made, solidly built, and has a superb finish to it. The quality is exceptional. It looks just as good in person as in the pictures on their website, if not better when seen with your own eyes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again in the future. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process, were easy to communicate with, and I have absolutely no complaints. We were kept informed throughout the build and shipment process which was really good and when the table arrived the quality was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I have a dilemma with Cosywood. I was interested in ordering a table so ordered the samples. My mobile number was given for tracking purposes but now I’m getting spammed with marketing texts despite never opting in. It won’t let me reply to the number & there’s no opt out link in the messages so they are totally in breach of GDPR. The only way I can stop the messages is to block the number. That means I can’t order the table from them now as their number is blocked in my phone so I can’t get shipping/tracking notifications. Very annoying as I really liked the table but I can’t stand the spam marketing messages.
