Beautiful lamp great service
On receiving our order we noticed that the box it arrived in had been damaged and an attempt had been made to seal it back up again with tape. We took a photograph When we opened the box the lampshade had been damaged, there were a lot of
creases on it, that would not come out. We took a photograph.
I phoned Cotterrells and the lady said to email with the photos. This I did.I then got an email to say that they would send a replacement out, this was on 14th and the replacement shade arrived on 17th, How's that for great service.

The lights arrived in good time and…
The lights arrived in good time and look lovely, though the electrician said that alot of the fittings on the back where not great either too shallow to fit to the wall with out a spacer or that they where wonky which is a shame for such am expensive light I would have hoped for a better quality.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service and beautiful product. I placed an order for a light which turns out was unavailable, I received an email immediately to which I called customer services. They couldn’t have been more helpful - I ended up changing my order from antique gold to antique brass and am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the light fitting, the speed of delivery but more of all the ease and helpfulness when speaking to customer services. I would definitely recommend this company and will come back in the future for further purchases. Thank you

Order arrived super early! However, if I had known it would be early, I would have changed the delivery address. It is a gift, and so had not yet been opened.

The product was as described but after…
The product was as described but after being charged nearly £8 postage they used dhl which are a terrible delivery company that completely messed up my delivery and I had to chase several times. Which in and of itself is not wholly cotterall’s fault.however when I eventually received it, it was packaged so poorly the product was sticking out of the cardboard and hadn’t been sealed up. Very surprised the times weren’t damaged.

Hello there,
The courier really did seem to struggle with this order, i kept tabs on this one myself, as it was most unlike them. We can only apologise on their behalf.
As for the packaging, when it comes to these diffusers, we realise it isn't pretty, but we find that they always arrive in fine condition, and we've never had any issues - Then again, it really should have been sealed along the edges, it may have come off during transit which we will have to look into, so thankyou for bringing this to our attention, we will address this going forward.
Kind regards,
Cotterell & Co
