Rug Quality
Ordered an expensive rug on-line which arrived earlier than indicated. However the quality of the rug did not live up to expectations due to problems caused by the method of packaging from their supplier as well as some manufacturing defects. Contacted Customer Service and they couldn’t have been more helpful and an exchange was organised and the new replacement was delivered within the week and was up to the expected standard.

Excellent service. Friendly staff.
Excellent service from the staff in Edinburgh, particularly the lady, she was so patient.
I placed an order by the website for collection from the shop. Delivery was very quick.
She took the time to check over the light in front of me before i left and helped me through the various bulb options at hand. Another staff member even helped me out to my car with the light, which was great as i was parked a bit along the road not in their car park. Good old fasioned customer service is a rarity these days! Highly recommended, I will definately be back!

Wonderful design and craftsmanship
Ordered our Lampshades from the Cotterell website, images are very representative of what you will receive. Very well packaged for delivery. Delighted with our Lampshades contemporary design, a very well-made bespoke item. They are made to last and worth every penny. A rare company in a world obsessed with cheap and disposable, we will enjoy looking at these shades for many years to come. I will be purchasing from Cotterell again and can thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely delighted with the beautiful light shade I ordered. Excellent design and quality. It was hand delivered, after a phone call to arrange delivery, with verbal instructions on how to handle it - obviously made with great care and love.
