Great App and Pay Rates
The app is so easy to use and the pay rates for couriers are very fair. Best and most consistent pay I’ve seen.
Ideally could do with more work but is a good addition to have alongside other work when trying to find jobs back to home direction.

There’s always positive points and negative points in every company but the only issue with courier experts are the lack of consistent jobs over the week etc. overall a good company!

Can be frustrating
It’s decent pay when you get allocated but it’s very unreliable. If you have a car/small van there are more jobs for you. I have a large van and barely find any work even when applying for large or small van deliveries. I will bid for 10 deliveries a day and have so many days I don’t get selected at all despite being fairly nearby and applying quick. It’s so frustrating.

I just wanted to know if your ups drivers come to collect items, pay cash and pick up items and deliver to your client or is this a scam?
I get so many people telling me the above to collect items I have advertised on market place. They've also asked me to pay upfront and the delivery driver will pay me back?
Please clarify. Thx.

Just to clarify the point about available jobs in the app, once a job is allocated to a driver, it is then no longer available to be taken by anyone else. Whereas our website shows all jobs, allocated and unallocated. Apart from the rate, you also need to be the closest to the pickup address in order to be prioritised for allocation. Excellent Courier Service for self employed drivers
I found courier expert app user friendly. Support team is thoroughly professional and supportive. Initially I was unable to get jobs but after 30 days got frequent deliveries to complete. Give full marks to courier experts 😇
