Payed for hire and reward insurance to…
Payed for hire and reward insurance to join courier expert, plus £80 sign up fee with standing order of £10 a month. I bid for jobs and give time to pick up, no response and job was still advertised an hour later. On 2 occasions was emailed and asked if I could cover job, on both occasions I replied with yes and the work was given to someone else. So be warned this company is not as honest as they make you believe. If you just want to throw your money away, then it’s a great company to work for.!!

Antwoord van Courier Expert
Hi Peter, I'm sorry that your having an issue with our membership. Without knowing more info, I can't be sure what the issue is here. Regarding future jobs, they are not allocated right away, as we allow time for as many drivers as possible to see and apply for the jobs. Regarding the emails, the only reason I can think the team would have allocated someone else by the time you replied, is if there was a significant time gap from us emailing you, until we got the reply. If you can please email us with more info, we can help to resolve these issues for you. Please email to info@courierexpert.co.uk

After trying courier expert
After trying courier expert, I have to say people and the support is one of the best in the industry, fast and very efficient, payment are as it states and on time. But above all the detailed information provided for each delivery is the best I have seen, for a seasoned delivery driver this is gold.
