False promises
I ordered the wallpaper 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. Your customer service promised it would be shipped last week, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing since.
I’ve spent over €1,000 on this order. This is simply unacceptable. I expect an immediate update on where my order is and when I will receive it.

We can confirm that your order has shipped and the tracking information has been sent to the email address provided to us at checkout (which is different from the email address associated with this review)
Your parcel is already in the destination country, so please keep an eye on your tracking for further delivery updates.
Just to note, your order is also still within the estimated delivery timeframe quoted at checkout for the economy shipping service selected.
We do offer a faster Express delivery service for an additional cost for customers who require their orders more urgently.

I ordered my items in August - second half of September and I’m still waiting
I ordered my items in August.
It’s almost the third week of September and one out of two items within my order hasn’t been delivered to the courier yet.
Extremely slow.
If you are in a hurry, I suggest you reach out to them to find out when exactly the purchased items are scheduled for delivery.

I received my wallpaper and it was not the correct color. I have reached out three times and I have not heard back once. It's expensive and I would like a refund.

The wallpaper supplied is the correct colourway ordered, and the product images on our website are the official images supplied directly by Boråstapeter. However, we completely understand that colours can look different on screen compared with seeing the wallpaper in person, which is why we always recommend ordering a sample first.
You are absolutely welcome to return the wallpaper for a full refund, provided the rolls are unopened, unused and in their original condition.
We’re sorry again for the delay in responding and hope we can get this resolved for you quickly.
