I was delighted at the service I received and was really pleased with the quality and fit of the covers.

First Class service from ‘Cover my furniture’ despite a few problems with fabric to begin with. The issue was resolved efficiently. Communications were excellent keeping me informed throughout. The new cushions and covers arrived well packed and were fantastic. The fabric is of really lovely quality and colour and I am amazed at the intricacy and accuracy of the replication of the previous covers. All round I am a very satisfied customer! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Once again an excellent service. Cannot fault Cover my Furniture. Easy to get sample fabrics, guidebook makes it simple to measure up, ordering very straightforward. Arrangements for sending old covers and receiving new ones via UPS simple.

I decided I would like to recover 2 sofas in our sun lounge rather than replace them entirely. Have to say just did a “google “ search to find this company and so pleased that I did! Everyone was so helpful and it felt like a very personal service. The material is of excellent quality and finish/ craftsmanship just amazing. It was not a “cheap” option but certainly more cost effective and environmentally friendly than replacing our sofas. Thanks team from a very happy customer

The covers supplied for our 2 settees and cushions were excellent. They were made to measure from our own measurements, photos and chats over the phone. The old, used covers, were sent Christmas week so the new covers could be made early in the January. We hoped to return to our home in France, with the new covers, after the Christmas break. We were very impressed with the Customer Services (Tanya) who arranged both the production and delivery of items to a very tight timescale. Thank you.

Thrilled with my new futon covers! They were bought to replace very tired covers for my two 20 year old futons at our rental property in Switzerland. We had bought new mattresses a couple of years ago, but the covers were looking sad.
The company use the old covers as templates and even ship to Switzerland! This was the ideal solution, as it is usually so difficult to purchase replacements locally or transport ourselves.
The covers are fabulous. I chose the everyday velvet in burgundy- luxurious but practical for a holiday rental. They will wash & dry much more quickly than the heavy old cotton covers.
We try hard to have minimal impact on the environment so choosing new covers is perfect. The futons now look better than they did when new!

The whole process was easy and efficient from start to finish.
The most difficult aspect was choosing which of the beautiful fabrics to use.

I own a much loved, old, but sturdy Duresta sofa whose covers had seen better days and when I originally considered new covers, I also considered (for the price I was paying to re- cover my sofa) buying a new sofa ! I chose to recover my original sofa and I am so glad I made that decision because now I have received my new covers, I do indeed have a new sofa !!
Tanya is an asset to this company. Throughout my communication with her, I found her quick to respond, informative and above all patient and professional in answering my many questions.
This was an expensive outlay for me and I was initially concerned to complete the transaction via the web site and email only, but once again I needn't have worried.
The whole process was very smooth from the on line ordering, to sending the old covers and receiving the new.
The quality of my new covers was more than impressive. As a sewer myself, I certainly appreciate the skills of the team that made my covers. Quality craftsmanship that they should be proud of.

Really pleased with my covers and they were made really quickly. I posted my old covers back and 2 weeks later the new ones were out for delivery although I didn’t get them until after Christmas due to courier issues. Really impressed with service and quality. Customer service were really helpful too.

The service and end product produced is excellent I would not hesitate to use them again.

We bought a used sofa in good condition but didn't like the fabric of the fitted covers. Contacted the company who sent an estimate which was very affordable. They sent a bag for sending the old covers and returned the new covers . They made a special effort to have them ready for Christmas.

Excellent communication and customer service from the start. I had to ring up to request something and nothing was too much trouble, really friendly and helpful. I was only ordering a footstool cover but was treated like I'd ordered something costing hundreds. When the cover arrived it was perfect, both look and fit. Cracking British company I would recommend every time. Thank you!

Received promo email offer for WEB deal which wording was not clear "excluded" manual orders.
No manual order pages on WEB site that allows orders to be placed hence No deal and No information on process, No clarity on what happens to own covers as sent for copying if you want returning, you must ASK for them back or you loose! No prices until quote arrived, you are also charged additional £10.00 P&P for sending own covers, also Not mentioned on website, hence No transparency.
A lot of communication/emails later which were efficiently handled by Tanya, however all the above could have been avoided with a more informative website. New covers marginally smaller so cushions do not stay flat, however this may settle with time and use. My personal customer journey did not feel easy and Not great value for money at £202.00 paid.

Very happy with my covers. Revitalised my Laura Ashley suite at a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. Great service, good communication and quick turn around.
