We bought a new caravan and had no choice on the seating, it was like 'false leather' which in the heat means that you stick to them. I have used 'cover my furniture' before so I contacted them. My big issue was that we live in Europe so obviously no one could come and measure our cushions. We have been in constant communication with Tanya, we measured our cushions, paid and waited. They came to our daughters house while we were in the UK and we brought them home. Having fitted them they are beautiful, we are so pleased. Lovely, helpful staff, beautiful workmanship, would recommend them to everyone.

Terrific service. Very communicative. Very helpful with material, shade etc. Kept informed of progress. Cover arrived in wonderful box (with resewn old cover too!). Fitted like a glove and looks lovely.

My problem was 3 Tetrad sofas that are all 15 to 20 years old and 4 cats who had reduced them to rather more shabby than chic! Desparate not to add to landfill and, having decided that recovering them was beyond my skills, I started to look around. I found Cover my Furniture quite quickly but, it took me many months to decide to take the plunge and to chose the fabric from the many options. Once I had decided, however, and got in touch with Tanya, the process could not have been more straightforward, even with a special request that I had. As other reviewers have said, customer service is exceptional. My covers have arrived today (earlier than I thought) and, I am thrilled. They really have made my sofas look like new and, being able to order throws in the same material to protect them from the cats is a great idea. The quality of the material is much better than my original covers - here's to another 20 years of use!

I don't think I have ever received such efficient service, and ending with a quality product. Prompt replies, detailed answers to specific questions, immediate dispatch of samples, and the final order completed and received in half the time they allowed for. If other companies, large and small, could follow the example of 'Cover', we would be leading the world!!

Great service received from Cover my Furniture when we got some replacement cushion covers made for our sofa. Super quality and fit is perfect. Most impressive was how the company dealt with a slight mistake in fulfilling our order - new covers were made and dispatched in just a couple of days without any quibble. Many larger companies could take note of this great customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a couple of questions once I had ordered and these were answered quickly. Fab workmanship of the covers and very pleased with them, I may even order a second set. Great environmentally friendly packaging to!!

Excellent service. Communication was first rate. I am very pleased with the quality and finish of the covers. The only downside is that the covers were despatched without checking that there was anyone at home to receive them. As I had ordered inserts for a settee and 2 chairs, as well as covers, it was an extremely large order. This meant that it was outside my front door for 3 days until I came home. Not ideal.

The covers are expensive in comparison with new furniture, however I am very pleased with my new covers my settees are 40 years old but now look like new, the covers are very well-made and high-quality and I would have no problem with recommending them

Just PUURRFECT in every way! I have a much loved two seater sofa, the covers were past their best. From the start of my research process into whether to buy new or have covers made, dealing with Cover my Furniture was outstanding. Samples received quickly, expert advice over the phone by very friendly, non pushy staff who were knowledgeable too. Fantastic experience. Sending my old covers was easy. I used a local UPS pick up to send and collect my new covers. I fitted them last night. Was easy to do. The effect is a new sofa. I will be honest, I waited until I had a Bank Holiday Offer email which gave 25% off the final price, which for me, made it a much easier decision to do . ( lockdown = no employment for me). I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. Top Class excellent idea easy to do. Thank you.

A joy from start to finish!
We requested two sets of swatches before we decided on a pattern - what a choice. The ordering was very straightforward, and we posted everything off. We expected a long delay but the new covers were ready in a jiffy. And the result is amazing. Although the settees are 23 years old they now look and feel like new. It was been a very enjoyable process throughout. Thank you.

This service is fantastic. We were sent swatches to choose our fabric then sorted the whole thing out online. Communications were friendly and quick by email. Couriers picked up our old covers and delivered our new ones. Our sofa looks like new in a smart set of made to measure covers which, as a huge bonus, are washable!

This was so easy to do helpful staff i was a bit unsure what the arm covers would be like but wanted to protect my new next sofa the covers fit perfect i ordered fabric swatches and colours are great the quality of fabric is excellent as good as actual sofa i would absolutely use this service again
