Fitted cover for pouffe
The lady who came to visit was absolutely superb. We were concerned about fabric to select due to our poodle sitting on the pouffe habit of digging before setting. She suggest a fabric which has worked out brilliantly poodle very happy. Cover fits perfectly looks really nice in the room. Fantastic price too.

Pleased with purchase.
We were pleased with the service received. The only complaint we had is that our covers are slightly big, we were informed when they were fitted that because they are cotton based it is to allow for shinkage when washed. We will see when they are washed and it would have been nice to have been informed on this earlier.

As they are made from a cotton-based fabric, they are intentionally fitted with a little extra allowance to accommodate natural shrinkage after washing. Disappointing. I had a representative come to my house…
I had a representative come to my house to price 4 sofa cushions. Susan insisted that plumbs only uses their own material and priced 4 cushions at £1150. She was extremely miserable with the worst attitude, and after I said that I thought this was a high price she grabbed her stuff and was out the door without so much as a goodbye, very rude with a terrible attitude of someone of such maternity. BEWARE!!!

From start to finished product - everything was excellent. Lynn realised exactly what I wanted and showed me the most suitable fabrics for loose covers for a small sofa. She measured and photographed everything very carefully and when the covers arrived and fitted - they were perfect! The fit and finish were excellent and looked wonderful. Persistent junk mail
Absolute nuisance. Never asked for as little as a quote from them, nevermind made a purchase and I've been absolutely plagued with junk mail. I've returned multiple unopened letters and they are still sending junk mail on a regular basis.

New Cover for multi York Sofa
The whole experience was easy from arranging for someone to call in to measure the Multi York sofa. Give advice on choosing a fabric and pattern. Then fitting the loose covers well within the time frame quoted.
The price was also reasonable.
We are very pleased with the new look!
