The product I received did not match what was represented in the photos or during the ordering process. The construction details and overall finish were not consistent with what I selected, and the final result fell well below expectations.
Customer service was equally frustrating. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting the issue, the company repeatedly offered partial solutions that required me to pay more money to fix their mistake. At no point did they stand behind their product in a meaningful way.
This order was intended as a test run for a much larger purchase. Based on this experience, I’m very glad I didn’t move forward with the full order.
In my opinion, the combination of misleading presentation and unwillingness to properly resolve the issue makes this a company I cannot recommend. Proceed with caution.

Our 6th Cover - Perfect!
This recent cover for our 8-chair fire table for the pool deck is the 5th custom cover we purchased from Covers & All. Even the covers that are 6yrs old are still doing the job - no rips, tears, fading. Love them! This Octagon-shaped cover with tie-down clips fits perfectly! Very pleased and Covers&All is our go-to destination for anything we need to protect!!!

My delivery was originally interrupted but they quickly took care of it to my strong satisfaction. Product is well made and clearly this is the company for custom made covers. Be crazy to go anywhere else. Listen! The custom care is an excellent and in this day and age that’s extraordinary.

Covers&All nailed it!
The covers I ordered for my BBQ and Side Burner came out excellent. These covers are even better than the BBQ manufacturer covers intended for my equipment. The effort and due diligence along with great communication between my questions and Covers&All concerns for nailing the exact measurements is what made this experience above and beyond expectation! (The process allowed for me to communicate through text and pictures!) Those important elements mixed with reasonable pricing and a good quality product, has me realizing Covers&All will be covering everything I own moving forward.

Poor customer service and production/delivery options
My order was already in production when I contacted them (via chat) just to ask if there was any option for earlier delivery, or if I could pay for priority. I was told they would check this. Instead, my order was put on hold without my request or consent.
I responded quickly and followed up, but still had to wait hours for a reply, only to be told to use chat again, which is where I started and was then directed away from.
The responses throughout felt templated, repetitive, and honestly came across like AI rather than a real person actually understanding the situation.
They later said it was a “misinterpretation,” but it shouldn’t have happened at all. It turned a simple question into an unnecessary and stressful situation.
I’m also not sure why producing four cushions takes over a week, especially when the order was already in production at the time I enquired. The order is now back in production, but overall the experience has been poor.

Tried to upgrade my order within a few hours of placing it, however, the customer support team only got back to me after the order was already completed and shipped. Looks like they don't check their customer e-mails very often, but super quick to reply to reviews :-(

This was the 2nd time I’ve used Covers…
This was the 2nd time I’ve used Covers & All. I needed covers for lawn furniture back cushions. They were an unusual design, with 3 sides like a pillow and the bottoms flat, with a zipper. We exchanged emails and pics 3 times until it looked ok. When I received them (very quickly!) they were perfect. I’ll never have covers made anywhere else. Excellent work and finished product. Much nicer than my original covers.
