I placed an order with this company with a delivery date of the 23rd April, When I never received it, I chased them up by email ‘and just got a standard response. On the 27th April I received an email saying my order was on hold. The phone line for this company was unavailable, so I used the chat service, to be told the material was out of stock, and the order was on hold awaiting by confirmation on what I wanted to do with it. Cancel or await until stock arrives.
Be aware when placing an order, the experience you hoped for may not be a happy one..

SCAM - Do not buy from this company.
Scam - Spent nearly $1000 on seat cushions. We paid express shipping as it said it would arrive Thursday April 23rd 2026. They provided me with an email on April 21st that states delivery is on track for April 23rd. However, when you click the tracking, Fedex shows delivery is for May 8th.
For systems don't work, they don't return calls and when you use the website chat they advise they will escalate to the relevant team.
