WORST COMPANY EVER
WORST COMPANY EVER! I was told to give exact chair dimensions and they would make the proper adjustments so the covers fit. After receiving my order, they made the covers to the exact chair dimensions and they do not fit AT ALL! I called them right away and stated the problem which they asked for photos to see the covers, not fitting the chairs which I emailed them right away. One week from sending the photos and I still hadn't heard from them. So I tried calling and said I wanted it dealt with. After being put on, hold numerous times they hung up on me. And then I proceeded to call back two more times and just remained on hold before being disconnected. So now they won't even take my phone call. A complete waste of $400 and have covers that are useless to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible
Terrible! They sent wrong size, looks terrible. Then they were terrible to communicate with, asking the same questions over and over. Finally, they admitted it was the wrong size but excused themselves, saying within 1 or 2 inches was close enough. They refused to refund me but instead, insulated me further saying I could reorder at a 30% discount! Unbelievable!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I would like to give a shout-out to the customer service department. After my first order arrived damaged, they worked with me to get a replacement which came without a long wait. Thanks. As this was a cover to be used on an outdoor BBQ side burner, I would have expected the material used in it's construction to be a little more heavy duty or thicker. I appreciate the fact that this company allows you to customize the measurements. My cover fits perfectly!

I have purchased multiple custom covers over the years and the custom fit is always great, but this most recent one is not the same quality material. I just received my new cover in the same most durable option Cover Tuff material I always ordered and it is thinner now and doesn't seem as durable.

More ill fitting than expected
The cover is more ill fitting than expected for a custom cover - too big all over and too long. The buckles used on the straps are hard to open and close. I’ve stopped using them because it takes too much effort to get the buckles open again.
