Excellent quality and customer service
I have ordered 2x already with this company. Absolutely amazing customer service. The website is easy to use. The customer service team make sure to send you the design for confirmation before working on the order. I also called the customer service team since I forgot to note something and they were so quick to help. I was happily surprised with their customer service team. Very helpful and efficient. And the product-- wow, excellent quality!! I lived in SoCal and Vegas with extreme summer heat and the covers have lasted so far. Really love this company and will use them again!

Item shipped quickly and the quality is great. Fits perfectly. They even gave me the inside cushion even though I only ordered the cover which was a nice surprise. Would definitely buy again. The color was also perfect.

An absolutely terrible company!
An absolutely terrible company! Please do not order from them. They have delayed our order multiple times and our order was deleted from our account. When we called, they said the product was out of stock. We requested a cancellation and refund as we could not trust them at this point. They offered a 15 % discount if we continued with the order assuring us that it would be in production in a few days. We foolishly took the offer but a week passed and still no order had been processed. We called multiple times and sent emails to cancel only to be met with additional suggestions that we could switch to a new "upgraded" fabric for no extra charge. We have continued to say no and request a refund. So far this has not been successful. Their call center is in India and you cannot talk directly with someone from the cancellation team. Multiple times when calling they have hung up on me. This company is struggling with products and inventory and instead of fixing the issue they are taking their customer's money and making promises they cant keep. Don't be fooled by them. They will be reported to the BBB. Hopefully they will be put out of business.

The covers are exactly what I wanted
The covers are exactly what I wanted. They fit great, and the quality is exactly what I was looking for to cover my patio furniture cushions. I ordered for 2 chairs to try out the product. Upon receipt and trying them on the cushions, I immediately ordered for the rest of my furniture. They also provided good discounts on both orders.

Easy to order using the drop-down menus. Quality is always superior. We order new covers every time we add something new to the patio. The existing covers are aging well, as they've now been out for nearly six years in a harsh environment.

Very poor manufacturing and bad customer service
Very poor manufacturing and customer service after purchase. I ordered patio furniture cushions with dimensions of 20 width and 23 depth and 4 inches thick. I received cushions of 23 width and 20 depth. The zipper placement of the cushions and the ties in the back don’t let me just turn the cushions and have them look correct on my patio furniture. I contacted their customer service and they will do nothing at all. This company manufactures and ships from India so the cushions took over 3 weeks to arrive even though the website gives a deceptive few days of delivery estimate when ordering. I had to chargeback the purchase with my credit card since the cushions I received are not usable and they refused to send me correct cushions or refund my purchase.

Fits poorly
I carefully measured the cover needed using the provided guidance. The cover that was made is way bigger. This results in the wind catching it and blowing it around. Another issue is that the cover was advertised with standard elastic on the bottom. I added the corner straps for additional securing. The cover made did not have the elastic. Also, the clasps for the corner straps required two hands to unclasp, a poor design selection. I wanted a snug custom made cover. I ended up with a baggy generic looking cover that is not secure in the wind.

Well I did order again and the experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The custom product was not made to the specifications. When making contact responses were random and slow. They even questioned me on the truth of the custom order and required a video proof. Once they agreed the order was wrong they offered replacement or a partial refund. I feared the order would be wrong again so I accepted the partial refund. It took several messages and over 10 days to finally get the partial refund.

Work quality
I could not be more impressed with a company than I am with yours. The service was excellent. The price was lower than what I had been expecting. The communication with each step was excellent. The quality of the material is A#1. The workmanship on that material is top grade. But the best part of all is that I was given a particular date for my cushions to arrive, and they did not!! They arrived 7 days before that date!!
