Cowboy Boot Store Reviews

I wish this was my everyday store.
And if you live in Sheffield, UK it could be.

Unfortunately, there is a limit to how many pairs of cowboy boots you can buy, but I would absolutely buy more if I had the space.

The customer service was truly outstanding. I made my purchase online without realizing that the order would be shipped from the UK. I then received a friendly email warning me in advance that I would have to pay customs duties and taxes, giving me the opportunity to cancel my purchase if I wished. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, and I really hope more companies will follow their example. I also got a very nice surprise.

So take my advice: treat yourself to a pair of cowboy boots — or several — at a great price, with excellent service!

I’m so pleasantly surprised. I didn’t know about them, as I’m buying from Spain, but they had the boots I wanted in my size so I decided to give it a try. They were shipped the next day and less than a week later I have them with me. They are beautiful and perfect and I, for sure, will buy from them again.

Order dispatched the same day and super quick delivery

Excellent product for the price, free speedy delivery!

Fast delivery, website easy to use. No dramas. Great boots as described
Thank you for the fab service and great boots. I'm looking forward to wearing them.

Great service & communication

I bought a pair of boots from Cowboy Boot Store a few months back and they've honestly been one of the best purchases I've ever made. The quality for the price is unbelievable. Zero faults, no complaints at all, months on.

What really sets them apart though is the customer service. Whether I've dealt with them in store or over the phone, they've been consistently excellent, genuinely helpful and willing to go out of their way for you.

It's a stark contrast to my experience with Wild Wild Western Wear, where I found the staff hostile and their delivery/returns process a nightmare. Cowboy Boot Store is a completely different level, can't recommend them enough.

Highly recommended
Trouble free transaction,
Speedy delivery
Quality item
Thank You

Happy to have a company in UK that deals with true American clothing, boots, you name it.
Great quality fairly priced!
I’ve bought a jeans by the way.
Fantastic delivery service and with no extra costs.
I will definitely buy again!
Thank you so much!!!

Excellent product, excellent service . Quick , well wrapped and more than i hoped for. Well done and thank you ! 🤩

Great. Can't fault them, really quick at dispatching my hat. Came well boxed and just like the photos. Will definitely buy from these again and hopefully visit one day 🤞🏼

Next day delivery, good price and boot thanks

Fast, efficient service. Love my hat, great quality.

I purchased a pair of Ariat boots online after first visiting the Cowboy Boot Store in Sheffield. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning, the assistants were incredibly helpful and attentive, and they happily let me try on lots of different pairs until I found the right style.

Unfortunately, the pair I chose wasn't in stock in my size, so I ordered them online instead. While I was in the store, I also treated myself to a gorgeous leather cowboy hat, which I absolutely love! I'd definitely recommend visiting the Sheffield store if you get the chance.

The online ordering process was seamless, and my boots arrived much sooner than I expected.

The Ariat boots are perfect, I absolutely love them! I wore them for the first time last weekend and danced all night! They were comfortable from the start and looked fantastic too.

Highly recommended, both for the excellent customer service and the quality of the products.

Items ordered with no fuss and delivered the day later with great communication throughout.

Would highly recommend this store and it's service. Very happy after being let down by A Farley Country Attire.(Avoid)

The cowboy boot store showing other online retailers how service should be done! Much appreciated, thankyou 🌟

I ordered a grey cowboy hat for my husband for his birthday and he was over the moon with it!
I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future as the webshop was easy to use and the product was delivered very quickly.

Good knowledge and very helpful and friendly

Pete and the team were amazing. Due to an ankle operation my right foot required some trial and error but nothing was too much trouble for them.
I have now satisfied a twenty year yearning and have a beautiful pair of cowboy boots. Best decision I've made in a long long time...

Boots as desscribed and swiftly delivered - great

Great service and great quality
