Outstanding customer service
I ordered a hat on express delivery and was informed the next day about a stock mismatch that meant it wouldn’t arrive as originally planned. The lovely team at Cowboy Boot Store went above and beyond — keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure I still received the right hat before my flight. Their communication and dedication were outstanding. Thank you for doing everything possible to get this special hat for a special person! Highly recommend!
