Just had the most positive experience contracting Cowley Heating Services to replace an ancient immersion heater and tank with a modern unvented direct hot water cylinder in my flat. Our boiler at our charity, Happy Hill Essex, suddenly stopped working — which meant no hot water for our SEND children and staff. This is something we simply cannot operate without, especially during our Saturday sessions.

Over four days, as new problems arose and parts were needed, Colin showed incredible perseverance. He never gave up and worked tirelessly to get everything back up and running so we could reopen safely for our children and families.

I have used Cowley Heating services for a few years now for boiler servicing, always receiving excellent service. A recent problem with my heating system Colin attended at short notice and established there was a fault with the heating pump. A new pump was sourced and fitted within 36 hours. The job was carried out working around the family and the heating system was restored. I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin's Company to carryout any heating services that are needed.
