Missing order

Order was made almost 2 weeks ago now. Paid for next day delivery but it didn’t turn up. Communicated this through email and was promised it would be sent out first thing the next day. This did not happen. I then receive an email a few days later stating items had been dispatched when clearly this was not the case. Subsequent email was ignored. The items still have not arrived so I had to sadly make a claim back through my bank account. Such a shame considering I had a previously good experience with this company. Would not use again.

We’re really sorry you feel this way. We want to be absolutely clear — we are definitely not a scam, and we are an active part of the TCG community. Our reputation and the trust within the community mean everything to us.
We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting back to you while we were navigating a significant issue with Royal Mail. We communicated that there was a major problem with tracking updates, which was unfortunately completely out of our control. The parcels had been dropped off, but the tracking was not updating as it should have, which understandably caused frustration.
Please know we have been working extremely hard behind the scenes to get everything back on track. We fully understand what it means to collectors to receive their products safely and on time — we’re collectors ourselves. Sadly, this situation took far longer than we were initially advised, and for that we are truly sorry.
We always aim to operate with honesty and transparency, both in business and within the community. We regret that this experience did not reflect the standards we hold ourselves to, and we genuinely apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, absolutely amazing customer service and product management!
Received my order super fast! And was able to communicate efficiently with said staff in order to meet my needs!

Superb Website for the products your after, 100% Highly recommend these guys!! 👌🏻👌🏻

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY

Brought 2x pokemon booster boxes with next day delivery. Received an email to say it was on its way but Royal Mail are still expecting the parcel. I gave them a week before emailing them, 4 days later and still no response. I called the number on their website and its not recognised.

Fake company that steals your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Was sceptical at first due to not many…

Was sceptical at first due to not many reviews, but all round brilliant, got everything pack no re-seals all original packaging, 10/10 will be ordering again, thank you, got into collecting pokemon from being a child and only just started back up! Amazing service
