I had an issue, mostly my fault. I reached about help with support on a product I purchased. Of course I had to make sure I used the right email. 🤦‍♂️ With the help of support, my issue was addressed and I received the emails to use the product. I look forward to learning and using landscape sculpture pro editing program. Thank you for your help in addressing my issue. Everything works well and no issues to the site. The response I received was quick and I loved it. Fantastic communication.

I had a problem downloading software and changing a password.
The contact person ( Emma) did a great job in rectifying those difficulties in super-quick time.

I had unintentionally purchased the same item twice. It wasn't until several days later that I discovered my mistake. I emailed Creator Foundry's customer support about what happened, and within hours the second purchase was refunded. Lightning fast customer service!

I had ordered a Mega Bundle for the second time. The first time in August of 2023 and then again today. I let customer service know within a couple of hours after I made the error. I got a fast response with a refund. Wow! There are not many businesses I know who respond this quickly.

I purchased a bundle from Creatorfountry and was sent another bundle. A short email to their support section saw it sorted within a few hours.

I mistyped me email address when I bought 2 products from creators foundry. They replied and tracked down my error quickly on request and I was able to access this great product without further delay. Thank you customer service.

I could not log on, I wasnt sure what my logon was and problem was solved few hours after I sent my question to the support team.

At first I had problems finding my way around the website.
