This company is a complete scam and I know you guys are gonna delete my message too so this is mainly for you guys credit sage you guys are a scam you guys scam people every comment you got on this review page has been falsely documented and you guys steal money you stole $900 for me. This is a shitty scam company and they need to be shut down permanently.

This morning I called to pay a debt, but somehow I was connected to a credit repair company instead. They convinced me to sign up for their services, and at first everything sounded legit.

After thinking about it for a few hours, something didn’t feel right. I decided to call back and cancel. The first person I spoke with was polite and told me to call back in 30 minutes to speak with a manager.

When I called back, I was met with a completely different attitude. The representative I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, and suddenly it became difficult just to cancel my service. When I asked her for her name several times she hung up in my face before hanging up on me I told her I wasn’t trying to be rude to just transfer me to the manager.

They had no problem taking my payment quickly, but now they’re giving me the runaround when it comes to resolving my request. That alone told me everything I needed to know.

I will not do business with a company that doesn’t respect me as a customer. Always trust your instincts if something feels off, it probably is. All I want is my full refund and cancellation of this service.

Desiree was amazing. I had no idea I was talking with Credit Sage. I had called needing info about an old debt from 2019. She informed me, for $1.00, that i had negative items on my credit report that can be removed because they show discrepancies. She appears to be very knowledgable and is extremely skilled with her job. I hope what she said will come to fruition which means all negative discrepancies will be off my credit report in 30 days.

Clem was a tremendous help. I originally called to dispute a debt and receive a tenant letter, and Clem was able to identify several other issues that qualified for a dispute. Thanks Clem!
