I paid them over $600 and they did absolutely nothing for me. I had 4 negative marks on my credit report and they didn't remove a single one. After 3 months of paying I cancelled with nothing accomplished.

Amazing! I feel so much better putting my trust into something that is actually going to help me in the long run.

Horrible Horrible experience, initially I called to pay a debt, which was only 201. First rep was very nice informed that if I start a subscription with the service my debt should be disputed within 30 days. It’s been 60+ days my debt is still on my credit when I called to inquire about refunds I was informed there are no refunds although I was never informed of that. As well as I would need to wait 90 days in order for any actions on their behalf to take place. For a simple 201 debt, I’ve already spent 320 with credit sage when I could have just paid the credit like I intended initially. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also Rodrigo was a horrible representative to speak with!

Spoke with a very knowledgeable and friendly lady that helped me fix my credit problems, I’m extremely satisfied with her help, thank you again for everything.

I’m happy I called to correct my debt. I ended up paying less than expected and got great information when I made my call.

I FEEL LIKE I ALLOWED MYSELF TO BE SCAMMED. The agent played on my worry and stress about a report to the credit bureau. I gave her permission to charge my debit card for $1.00 for a credit report. She also charged my card $699.00 TWICE (!) WITHOUT MY VERBAL PERMISSION and argued that I gave her permission when I said the ONE DOLLAR WAS OKAY for the credit report.

My experience with a gentleman named Andrew made my day. He was kind, courteous, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and helped me with my credit in ways that I never thought possible. I'm so glad that I made that call.

Today is day one but I'm feeling a lot better about why my credit score is so low and how to fix it. I worked with Adrian and she was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone with debts at collections to talk to someone at this company, especially Adrian.

Complete waste of time and money. I stuck with Credit Sage for 9 months, paid every single month, and saw absolutely nothing change. Not “slow progress”—literally nothing.
They make it sound like you’re going to see results if you just stay consistent, but a almost a year later, I’m in the exact same position I started in. The updates are vague, the communication is unhelpful, and it feels like you’re just being strung along month after month.
At some point you realize you’re just throwing money away and hoping for a different outcome. That’s on me for sticking around as long as I did—but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
