I recently signed on to get my credit repaired after a mortgage consultant suggested I try to raise my credit score. I spoke with Jennifer and explained my situation. Upon review, she provided an option to get the credit moving in a higher direction. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the process. She took her time to provide the details, costs and future encounters with creditors. The program began the same day and so far, I'm pleased with being able to take the necessary steps to possibly be able to purchase a home.

Only change i have seen in my score is it decreasing. Every letter they have sent out for disputes have not been a reply to. It’s starting to feel like a scam.

Place is a scam charged me 275$ to pay off a 600$ collection and said they will file a dispute and never did and tried charging me 90$ every 30 days the dispute isn’t resolved but they never even filed it don’t give these people your money

Kiyanna was super knowledgeable on the discrepancies illuminated on my credit report. I truly appreciate her professionalism and foresight concerning the issues at hand.

Credit Sage is an excellent company - The customer service is amazing; The team explains how the process works in understandable terms, they are extremely friendly, patient, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company!

Complete scam, stay away! They lie and lie and promise you things they cannot possibly do. They take your money without telling you that they are going to automatically subscribe you to a subscription for another $100/per month until all is resolved, well if you are getting $100/mo wouldn’t you take your sweet time getting anything done? I cancel and ask for refund cause I was angry that they charged me $280 w/o saying anything about the subscription yet. They also first told me they needed to run a card for $1 just to validate you and card is good. Well the next day I get a call from Standard scores telling me credit sage started a subscription for me to them for the introductory $1 special and another subscription for $35 per month. Omg, scam scam scam

What made this experience great was how everything was explained in detail. Made it so easy to follow and understand the process. Laly Cruz was my contact and she was awesome. Did an outstanding job explaining everything, the timeframe it should take, walked me through the portal and all costs involved. Great customer service as she listened to all my questions and was able to answer them all.

This is a scam of a company no matter what folks say they took 1777 dollars from me saying my debt is paid and can't give you a receipt. I dont work had to borrow money from my sister to try and pay a debt off to get it off my credit. Listen to me do not talk to them at all they lie and scheme and take what you aint got then say they can't give you a refund it's been 2 days and that tells you they are a scam.

This company took money from me then called every month for another $300 they did not correct anything on my credit

I called them by mistake but was the best call I ever made! I was so excited with the help I got that I forgot to ask the gentleman his name. Very professional and explained everything..

Roseanne was amazing she was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Her customer service skills were extremely professional with a good sense of humor to get me through the process.

The representative took his time to make sure I understood completely and was very thorough.

Do not use these scamming mfs at all trust me didn't take care of what they said and now won't return my money.

When I asked for specifics or a breakdown of actions, I got canned responses. Billing felt confusing, and canceling was harder than it should be. In my experience, I paid for expectations, not results. Save your time and money—look for a transparent provider that offers clear plans, realistic timelines, and accountable support.
