Sam has officially taken 41 years of what was an awful credit score and went thru it with a fine tooth comb. With that said, I am over the moon happy with the knowledge as well as the outcome of the services provided. 10 out of 10 and if he was local he would definitely be receiving a hug personally. My credit had tons of items that he was able to get removed and I had no idea that my credit was being held back over things not even having links to whom the creditor was. Thank you for giving me some wings to finally soar, Sam. Would highly recommend to anyone with a low credit score or confusion on their credit.

Too bad you cannot give negative star reviews. Signed up with them and was charged over $500 for them to send letters to my creditors to dispute information on my credit report and then a monthly fee of $100 which I was told would be for them to monitor my credit report on a monthly basis to dispute any new creditors that popped up. After 3 months with no changes on credit report I called to cancel the monthly fee and was told the monthly fee was for them to continue to send letters on my behalf. When I told them that that is not what I was told he told me he would go ahead and cancel the monthly fee. These people are SCAMMERS!!!!!
Absolutely NOTHING was removed from my credit report!!!!

What made my experience so great was how helpful, patient and courteous Robert Francis was in working with me. Robert is most certainly a valuable asset to the company.

This company is a complete scam! The only negative thing on my credit was from almost 7 years ago, I tried to settle the debt with the original creditor and they told me that I had to reach out to Credit Sage because they bought the collection. Going on four months ago I paid almost as much as the original debt, they guaranteed they would have it taken off my credit within 90 days. 90 days comes around and all of a sudden they want another $99 but for this one time they will take $49. I paid the $49, the following month they tried to hit my account again for $99, saying it was a monthly fee to get the debt taken off. Luckily I locked the card so they couldn’t get any more money. Do not believe anything they tell you, do not use this company, it’s a complete scam
