An ABSOLUTE SCAM, someone should pursue a class action suit against them...I'm out hundreds at minimum with nothing to show. The positive reviews are from them.

I have concerns about Credit Sage's trustworthiness. They allegedly engage in deceptive practices, and their business model seems questionable. According to my experience, their representatives may sound convincing, but the company's actions appear predatory. I've experienced unauthorized charges of $400, which they didn't refund. Their pricing model includes an initial payment of $399, followed by $99 monthly payments, and then an increased payment of $126. I advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Credit Sage due to their negative reputation and alleged scams. The company may generate positive reviews to manipulate public perception. It's essential for consumers to be aware of these issues and protect themselves from potential scams.

Spoke to a very helpful initial sales person who did not volunteer all of the fees to be charged by Credit Sage, but said only ongoing cost was $24.75 for monthly credit report/monitoring. Have been in program for 5 weeks and have gotten nothing from 2 of the 3 CRAs, and nothing but a copy of my basic credit report from the 3d. Read the contract as it lays out the costs that they don’t tell you upfront! The big concern going forward will be whether their 90 day guarantee of success is worth the proverbial paper it is printed on.

I had the best experience with the best possible results for my credit report. My collection has been an ongoing issue and has hindered me from Receiving a loan but the agent Cassie fixed all of my issues for half of the price! 10 out of 10 stars!!

I paid for a service fee, and they did not complete the job that I paid for but were still requesting a payment of $99 a month.
No refund was offered due to the cancelation. I was not notified of the $99 a month when I spoke to the representative. I am at a loss of almost $400.

This company scammed me out of over $1000 with no type of feedback during the course of repairing my credit. I would not work with this company for any care or credit repair as they are not forthcoming regarding the services how long the services should be taking place and they are not upfront regarding the payment that will be collected monthly until you notice that money has been taken out of your account but not authorized. This company is a scam and not real and consumers be wary of conducting any business with credit sage.

It is nice to know the name of the company. My story starts just like the rest of them. I called this company on a mistake trying to reach a dept collector. The rep on the other line refused to provide me with a name of the company I was calling. But insisted that i needed to make a almost 400 payment with additional 29 charge and a monthly fee of 99 bucks. Not including the 1.00 charge. Just charges when I was just trying to find out about a dept collector. The Cus rep was rude aggressive and frankly just trying to sell me something I did not even want or intend to sign up for. Its a trap- Do not sign up for this services. They don't even mention that this is a subscription you are siging up for. Spent hours on the phone and the whole time she just wanted me to buy something for nothing! You can tell they are really trying to take advantage of someone who is already overwhelmed and not really knowing what to do.

After paying thousands of dollars to this company, I was misled to believe that I was paying off my debt as a settlement. Boy was I completely misguided and lied to. They are not transparent. They do not ever take accountability nor do they ever take responsibility you will not see a penny of it back. I wasted thousands of dollars and still lost my bank account and lost so many other things, but I won’t talk about it. Please be careful do not give them a penny.

SCAM! BEWARE

I paid Credit Sage $1,800 in March with the expectation that they would help remove negative items from my credit report. I was also enrolled in their partner credit monitoring service for $24.99 per month, which was supposed to provide access to an updated credit dashboard. Unfortunately, I have not seen any meaningful updates or results.

During my initial consultation, I was told that these items would likely be removed within 90 days. That timeframe came and went with no changes to my credit report. When I called for an explanation, the response changed to, "We never guaranteed that anything would be removed."

While they may protect themselves through the language in their contracts and disclosures, I feel the expectations set during the sales process were very different from the actual results delivered. Looking back, I believe I would have been better off using that money to negotiate directly with my creditors.

Do your own research before signing up. Understand exactly what is and is not guaranteed, and don't rely solely on verbal promises made during the sales process.

After spending thousands of dollars and multiple phone calls that fell on deaf ears, these guys never helped me. I told them my goals they assured me 90 days was sufficient to help me with my credit and 6 months later still no improvement. These guys are absolute jokes. I do not recommend their service. Absolutely horrible and on top of that they have no accountability.
