I called Southwest Credit Systems for the payment I was paying off and some how ended up on a call with someone from their sales team with credit sage. Everything seemed okay at first, but then found out that the guy I spoke to hid the $99 monthly fee, he only stated the $24.99 charge and a onetime fee of like $259. So I called to cancel the service, because I would rather just pay off my debt, then can look into something like this on my own. The manager I was transferred to was extremely rude and cancelled it and said he sent an email and then just hung up the phone. No one do business with them that's very scummy to treat someone who could potentially come back later to you later, but absolutely will not if that is how your managers act towards a cancelation, like you have wasted their time.

I am extremely disappointed with Credit Sage's services. I was initially told that my monthly fee would be $24.99. However, I recently received a bank alert showing that Credit Sage attempted to charge me $99 without my knowledge or authorization.

I also had a collection account of approximately $2,500 on my credit report. I was told that if I paid $1,215 the same day, the collection would be removed from my credit report. Based on those representations, I made the payment. Since then, I have not seen any meaningful improvement to my credit, nor have I received the results that were promised.

When I requested a refund of the $1,215, I was told it was not possible because Credit Sage had sent a dispute letter to the credit bureaus. However, I later received information from the credit bureau stating that consumers can dispute items on their own and do not need a third-party company to do so.

I feel that Credit Sage was not transparent about its fees, services, or the results that could realistically be achieved. Customers deserve honest and accurate information before making significant financial decisions.

I am requesting a full refund of my $1,215 payment and urge others to carefully research any credit repair company before signing up or making payments.

I was scammed from this company, they acted like they wanted to help me. I called in to make a payment towards my collections account and they told me I can pay 557 towards the account so it will fall off my credit report. Then I realized I was scam
Out of money they never sent me anything to show I paid on my account. Do not speak to these people or give them your credit card information.

Had no idea any of the assistance that was provided was even available. Helpful and informative. Definitely a company I would use again or refer someone to

I can't remember the name of the agent (blame my mom brain) but he was insanely helpful and knowledgeable! He explained everything to me in great detail, and made sure I understood the entire process. He also helped me by paying a much lower amount than I was anticipating! This whole process was a positive experience, and let it be known that kindness goes a long way!

The representative was clear with what I should expect. In 3 months several things were off of my credit. It was an investment but it worked. I had my fiance sign up last week too.
