Credit Strong will report on your credit. You can use Credit Strong as a savings account. Credit Strong will automatically take it out of your bank, but Credit Strong does not tell the truth at the start when it comes time to close your Credit Strong account they will take half of your money under the guise of being interest. When I first opened a Credit Strong account I was under the impression I could close it at any time without any penalties. This is simply not the case they will take half of your money when you close your account if you do not go full term with it

Don’t waste your time and money. It doesn’t make your credit score any higher. It’s just a scam for them to use your money for their own benefit. The interest they make from your money is 100 folds more then any boosts of your score. Also you don’t receive hardly any interest from the savings account. Pay your own bills off. You come out better and less stressed

After closing accounts you will lose all your money. Was told that for security reasons they have to keep my funds for six or more months. SCAM!! SCAM!!

Stay away, after closing account they will keep your money and will hold it for 6 months or more. And only GOD know if you will ever receive your money back. SCAMMERS!!! I guess they are going out of business!!!

they are not baying back your money. They have sent a link for verification, after passing it was told that they have to hold my payments for 6 months. Classic scammers!!

been with them 2yrs and they closed my account and they do not send your money back they will print out a paper to give to bank saying that they did but they didn’t it’s a scam u do not get your money back .. try self i used them and i did get my money back after paying them off

Total SCAM!! They are going out of business and you will not receive your money back. Closed my account 15 days ago, they have sent a link for verification, after passing it i havent received anything back. Calling them every day and every time being told that my account under review and day need 2-3 business days. Every time the same answer. STAY AWAY!!!!!

You will lose all your money. I had 2 accounts with them, when asked them to close it, was told to wait 1-4 business days. After 7 days i was told that need to wait more 2-3 days. After it was told that they hade transfer the funds. But never received anything. They are just actors. I will take them to the court. Stay Away

I would stay away from credit strong. They will report to the credit bureaus that you did not pay a loan off if you don’t make a payment on time. Whole time you never received a loan from them it’s a savings account you put money in to build your credit and now it’s on your credit report for 7 years as negative..

Waste of Money!!!! After 2 years i closed my accounts. They will not send your money back. Asking for statements than sending link for id verification. After sending and completing the verification process they will not return your money back anyway. STAT AWAY!!!!

They have closed my accounts and refusing to pay back my money. Stay Away, after having 3 accounts with them, they have closed it because i have used my boyfriends account for payments and refusing to transfer the funds to that account. Stay away

This company operates like modern day scam artist. Do not lose your money dealing with these people. They are not meant to help you at all. I don't see how they are in business. I'm sure there will be a class action law suit against credit strong sooner than later.

They are definitely a rip off. When you close the account they are still keeping half of your money saying it was applied towards interest. At 30.00 payments for 36 months . I should be getting back $1,080 . They said I was only getting back $584.00 . That the rest was applied towards interest. Stay away from this company. We should be getting all the money back that was put into it

They will rob you blind with fees and if your account closes the steal hundreds of dollars credit score never moved up they are a company you will waste your money on and customer service is poor.

Dealing with customer support trying to close my account has been a absolute disaster! And a month later after i was told it had been closed i can still log in. Ridiculous. And customer support basically said i was wrong. Also charged me the fee of 27$ even thought it was closed. Their response to the charge was “ no it wasnt charged as the account was closed “ yet i have a bank statement that says credit strong charged me.

This company practices false advertising. They advertise that you can get your money back at any time with no penalty, but that’s not the case. I paid $120 and I am only getting $18 back. Let’s form a class action lawsuit against this company and stop them from lying to people and keeping their money!

I am so glad I read these reviews BEFORE trying Credit Strong, Self, or any such program. I thought it would be enough for these banks (banks own these credit installment companies) to simply 'play' with the deposits in my growing 'installment' payment account (the way any bank makes money from its deposits) and MAYBE charge a nominal fee to administer the program. When I read that the banks also charge significant interest, I saw this as a greedy program. No way.

I will let Credit Helpers help me clean up my negative credit reports. They get paid for each negative mark they clear on my credit report, so they are earning their (reasonable!) fees in my opinion.
