Where do I start 🤔 ok first let me say they are legit I've paid their membership fees second I had beyond troubled credit 😅 not only am I approaching 700 but it's been less then a month or at least nomore then a month get it pay watch it rise .....literally the best thing that's happened to me

All you are doing here is making a DEPOSIT PAYMENT to a savings account and then they report your payment every month to the credit bureaus. Then they take "interest" off your monthly payment and they keep it. You can do the same thing without losing any money. All you have to do is open a savings account and make a monthly payment to it every month just like you would if you had a loan. Then you can self report your monthly payment to the credit bureaus every month. Just send them a receipt of the monthly payment that includes the balance of the account. Plus you don't lose any "INTEREST" off your monthly payments, you actually gain interest from the savings account. Please don't fall for this stupid SCAM people, because your basically paying a company just to report your monthly deposits to a savings account.

If I could upload documents I would. I have been waiting on my money to return to my account for over 2 months. Each time they show it being transferred to my bank account and then returned to theirs, claiming my bank refused money that was automatically being deducted from my account for the past year. This is a Scam Scam Scam. My credit score did not improve since the ballance they showed made me look like I was paying to little towards it to clear it up. Please stay away from this company and If you have been defrauded by this company, please send me an email so that we can gather in number and get them reported to the proper authorities. At this point they are stealing, and I am positive this is an FDIC violation. Let's work together and get this company held accountable for their theft of funds.

STAY AWAY!! They claim a low interest rate but I realized after looking at my payment summaries that by the time I would be done paying up to the $1000 that they would return to me once I completed the payment plan I would have paid nearly $3000. Once I did the math I canceled my "credit" plan. I have already paid in $375 but will only get returned to me $107!!!

RIP OFF After 2 years, 50% of my payment went to interest. I paid $1,020.00 and am getting back $570.00. If you need your credit score up for a home or auto loan, make sure you close the loan right after.

This is a huge waste of money it's says 7% interest but it's really closer to 50% it does boost your credit at first but then it flattens out 100% not worth it save your money. WARNING ⚠️ This company takes advantage of people trying to build their credit

I don't know what i was thinking when i decided to do business with credit strong. They are ripping people off with their shady business model. I've been making payment in the amount of $15 for 2 years. I called them one day because i wanted to close the account and i was in shock when they agent told me that i will be receiving $128 while i expected that my account balance would be $360. The agent told me it's because i withdraw the fund less than a year which makes no sense to me at all. He told me that i should receive the funds within 5 to 7 business days. I waited for over 2 weeks and i never receive the funds. $128 is not even half of the payments that i've been deposited into my account. I called them back and they told me that previous agent did not close the account. I still not have received the funds yet. I would strongly suggest or advise people not to do business with Credit Strong. Stay a way from them.I hate to say it but in my opinion i think they are scam.

I own a credit repair company and there are so many significantly better and cheaper ways to build credit. Just like the whole credit industry in general in this country, this is exploitative and predatory of people just trying to improve their credit scores. Don’t do it. The credit repair industry is shady itself, but there are reputable companies that could help you for much less money. There are also ample (often free) educational sources so that you can learn more about the Rico algorithm (bc I guarantee, most people don’t understand all the various factors that impact credit - it’s just such an opaque and convoluted process - nor do most people understand how they can get negative items removed entirely from their credit report, which will help build your credit much more quickly than simply spending years building new, better credit), resources to help you dispute derogatories, etc. Just do your due diligence bc again, while there are plenty of reputable companies, there are also a lot of really shady, predatory companies.. like this one.

It takes 6 business days to get your money but they sure do deduct your payment immediately from your account. By the way, you’ll be charged $40 a month of your $110 payment for their fees. Read the fine print. You get 0.001 percent interest. This is a huge scam. Don’t do it. I closed out my account after 2 years of being scammed when it finally occurred to me that I should have had over $2400 in it but I only had $1400 - after 2 years of $110 month ‘savings’ payment. And it works against your credit anyhow since your credit utilization will be high on the $10,000 plan, showing you still owe $8500 after 2 years of paying $110 a month. This is crazy.

CreditStrong is a scam that preys on people with poor credit. They take more than half your money every month and it barely impacts your credit score at all. There are far better ways to build your credit, such as a secured credit card.

SCAM!! My scores DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY, participated for almost 6 mos with on time payments. When requested to close, I was NOT ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY SAID IT GOES TO INTEREST! How am I paying interest on MY MONEY?! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I am a single mom recovering from bladder and uterine cancer. Thought this program would help rebuild my credit. During recovery periods I was unable to work, since returning I have been rebuilding and had finally got to high 600s until signing up for this program! Y’all have truly set me back and I hope you all close down. Customer service is trash, extremely poor. They do not value customers and this type of malice will answer to karma.

I've used this service for 2 years. After careful consideration and analysis, I have arrived at the conclusion that the performance of this particular company is substandard. Despite no missed payments over a period of two years, the company exhibits significant inefficiencies in processing payments, often taking over ten business days for payoffs to be processed and an additional 4-6 days to clear. As a seasoned financial institution professional of over a decade, I can attest that ACH transactions typically do not take that long to process, except for high securitized accounts involving government, international companies, or billions of dollars. The company cites potential risks as the reason for such delays, which is, in my opinion, an inadequate and unacceptable excuse for impeding clients who seek to improve their credit scores. Moreover, the company fails to disclose the total balance of the loan online, which could be considered a violation of Reg-Z or Reg-TILA, and only provides one payment method, which could constitute a violation of banking and lending regulations. It is critical to beware of businesses that claim to be professionals, as they are only interested in their own financial gain and not in their clients' well-being. The company keeps clients' interest rates at 33%, even when their credit score exceeds 720, indicating a lack of interest in retaining their customers. Those who are on a clearly defined financial path may benefit from exploring other options, as this credit repair service is not cost-effective and lacks quality administrative and account services. If you want actual credit repair that is worth your time, get into Business Credit.

Terrible Company. Put late payments on credit report during COVID-19 and refused to take them off.

CreditStrong has been a great resource in my journey. It plays a key piece in the overall credit improvement puzzle.

So far so good. The loan I took out has helped my credit score go up and stay consistent. I have yet to have any issues. I would highly recommend the same thing for anyone who needs help with their credit.

Absolutely horrible! My credit score went down and this effected my debt to income ratio do much do that I had to cancel it to get a house. In addition, the fees are way too high...

This company is great because they make sure of the accuracy is on point.

Do not trust this company. They aren't here to help you build credit. They are here for the money period. Most of these credit building companies will take a small maintenance or service fee at the end of the term. This company takes 60% of your money period. (e.g. if you pay them $1000. they keep over $600 ). Just to report to the credit bureaus. They talk to you on the phone as if they really loaned you the money. That's how deceptive and manipulative they are. Try Self or Kick Off and SAVE your money!!!!!
