5 star service
Creputate is the only place we go for trainers, the service is top notch and the little hand written note you get with each pair is a nice little touch.

Haven’t received my parcel
Edited my review as previous review was not accurate. Creputate have been outstanding with regards to my order. Their customer service was amazing and helped resolve the loss of my trainers and replace. Changing to 5/5 as they went above and beyond!

Antwoord van Creputate
Hi Naomi,
Thank you for your review.
We think this is an unfair representation of our service. We understand there has been an issue with delivery on behalf of DPD and we are doing everything we can to resolve this for you.
We are still awaiting a resolution from DPD to the investigation we have raised. So for you to leave a 1 star rating whilst we’re still in the process of resolving this for you is a bit harsh.
Nonetheless, we will still do our very best to ensure we come to a reasonable outcome to do with this matter.
Kind regards,
Creputate LTD
Highly recommend this company
