Hi,

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the wrong size and then have to pay for a return. That is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.

Your comments about our size guide are important, and we are already working on improving our sizing information to help customers choose the correct fit more easily.

Please reach out to us directly with your order details, and we would be happy to review your case personally.

Thank you again for your honest feedback.

Hi K-Rim,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize that the size recommendation from our customer service team did not work out for you.

We understand your frustration, especially since you contacted our team before ordering and relied on the size recommendation you received. We also understand why you would be disappointed with the exchange and return process.

We take your feedback about our sizing advice and customer service seriously. We’re reviewing how our team handles sizing recommendations and how we communicate our exchange and return options, so that customers can make more informed decisions before ordering.

Thank you for your honest feedback.
