I ordered shoes in August and they still hadn’t been delivered. Their customer services have told me they haven’t been dispatched yet. I requested a refund and have been faced with repeated gaslighting in rambling emails from their ‘customer service’ person. I raised a case with my credit card company and their response this morning is that they’re proceeding with the order regardless and that the shoes have been dispatched (despite telling me that wasn’t possible until mid October). Weird experience and I would strongly encourage people to avoid. I have no idea of the quality of the currently imaginary shoes but this communication makes me think this is dodgy.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BULIBASHA. THEY CHARGE $9.95 for SHIPPING, TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE SHOES, THEY ARE WAY TOO WIDE. WHY SEND BACK? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. THE WORST PART IS I GOT A BILL FROM FED EX FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THAT THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE FOUNDER FINALLY EMAILED ME AND I TOLD HER TO PAY THE BILL, BECAUSE THEY ARE DECEPTIVE AND NOT HONEST ABOUT ANOTHER $18 FOR SHIPPING, SO A TOTAL OF ALMOST $30. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THE SHOES ARE WIDE, I PAID $200 AND CAN'T EVEN WEAR THEM. DVINA, THE FOUNDER WILL NOT MAKE THIS RIGHT. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD BUSINESS, YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND. THEIR EMAILS ACT LIKE THEY'RE ANGELS, BUT THEY ARE DISHONEST AND NOT FORTHCOMING ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER THE PURCHASE. I GOT A BILL IN THE MAIL FROM FED EX!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0!!

If you are the founder then you need to cover this cost. This was not explained to me, nor. is it anywhere written for consumers to expect a separate $18 charge for shipping, when I had already paid $9.95 for shipping. So, it basically cost me about $30 for shipping, unbeknownst to me.

That is deceptive and not transparent. You should have that in LARGE PRINT on your website for everyone to see. I am 72 years old and spending this much for shoes, which I explained in an earlier email, is WAY out of my expenditures. Had I known going in, there would be 2 costs for shipping, I never would have ordered. I would expect you to take care of this cost, as it is a hidden cost that you are not being honest about. That is lying by omission. PLUS, the shoes are way too Wide and I can't do anything about that either. I even had the foresight to call and ask about sizing and she told me to get size 37 I believe, but never said anything about the width.

I would appreciate you taking care of this. This is called 'the cost of doing GOOD business'. That's what your business purports to do and that's exactly what you should do!

Having checked that I would be able to return shoes if there was an issue with sizing, I went ahead and ordered shoes and a hat. When the shoes arrived they did not fit at all and the material was so hard, they would have been unwearable anyway. The hat bore no resemblance to the photo on the website.
After several emails, photos etc it is clear that they are not prepared to refund my money. Very bad experience

Die Schuhe sind sehr schoen und von guter qualitaer, passen perfekt und werden in einer ansprechenden Verpackung geliefert. Die Wartezeit ist etwas lang , 8 wochen muss man fuer Lieferung rechnen.

The shoes are beautiful and for me are the right fit and size. The packaging of the shoes blew me away, unbelievable! People seem to be having problems with wait time, I waited about 3 weeks, that is what I was expecting. These shoes are hand made in Indonesia what did people expect, next day delivery? May be they should stick to Amazon. I love my shoes. Kathy

Like many of the people that have contributed to this review previously I did not read the Terms & Conditions for each order until they were pointed out to me by a very helpful Customer Services.

I am always wary of ordering from Facebook and having read the poor reviews I was certain that once again it was a scam and I should be aware.

That was not the case, the shoes arrived before time but that took almost 7 weeks, so be prepared if you want to order, delivery is not fast as most sizes I expect are hand made as the order is placed on line.

I had no issues whatever with Customer Services, they responded without delay and were professional and to the point, as in this world of Amazon next day delivery I am certain that everyone now expects all companies to react in the same manner, but if you want hand made quality and perfection that will never be that case.

The shoes are spectacular, superbly made, fit like a glove and the manner in which they were wrapped and contained for delivery speaks for itself.

If you wish to order from Bulibasha, then have no fear you will love whatever you buy and made the right choice, but do not expect an Amazon type delivery, quality takes time to deliver and having at first thought I had made a mistake with this order, I now could not have more respect for the company, its support team or the overall quality of the shoes delivered.

BEWARE! It took more than the time indicated in their website for the shoes to arrive. While I always wear a size 8 (39) and measured according to their website, the shoes are too large and gaping. After two weeks negotiating, they reluctantly agreed to exchange provided I first pay for the shipping cost (for the rerun and the smaller size). At $300 already, this is ridiculous.

I ordered these for my wedding and they fast tracked them to make sure they arrived in time. The shoes are beautiful- my only regret is I didn’t order one size down as they are too big for me.
I’m a 38.5 and usually order up when no half sizes are available- however in this case I’d have been better ordering a size down.
Stunning shoes though and I’m now selling to someone with slightly bigger feet than me

I wore my beautifully hand made Bulibasha shoes for my wedding day. They were so kind to fast track my shoes to make it in time before my wedding. They fit like a glove and a pair of shoes that I will treasure for my lifetime. Thank you to the Bulibasha team for their incredible craftsmanship.

This is second time I have ordered. True they take a bit longer but this time I have ordered well ahead of my ocassion, customer service was also great to communicate this during my first purchase.

Order was supposed to be shipped in May.

3 months later, they still have no idea about the order.
Countless emails, no replies, false promises... This is absurd.

Save your money, don't order.

Very sad to read comments here, yes it took some time for them to be delivered but I was ready for that and in touch with customer service, the details are meticulously done, unique and Mesmerizing.
On the end of the day I bought pair from Bulibasha because I support slow fashion :)

I ordered on April 24th, and received my shoes on June 22nd (2 months later), even though their e-shop indicated they had stock pieces in my size. It wasn't easy to communicate with customer service (mostly automated responses). After my latest research, the same handmade shoes were found online for about 54 euros, but this company sells them for about 160 euros! Finally, there was a noticeable glue smell, as if they had assembled them the last days before shipping and despite wearing a 39, the instep was extremely large. I should have advised Trustpilot before buying the shoes because, on their website, the reviews are not identified.
