AI video tutorial, poor support, very cheap looking mismatched hardware that fell apart, dismal accountability

I made the Haven Hobo. It was an easy pattern to follow. The quality of these bags are so good that i recommended them to my sister and she has now made more than me!

I completed the Aveline bag for my sister in law and as someone doing crochet and knitting since I was a little girl, I highly recommend the kits and the website in general. Professional grade materials and instructions, ease to follow even for beginners. I’m now working on the Daisy Melody bag and have 2 more pending! P.S. : If you try to get the materials somewhere else they will be a lot more expensive!

And to top it all, their customer service and support is just as awesome!!

So after my issue with receiving a duplicate bag in my mystery box Terry went out of his way to resolve the issue. If I was happy to pay for the shipping I could select another bag of my choice. I made a bag as my first project and it turned out so well that I've already bought more kits since! Every bag I've made has come out beautiful, and people are genuinely impressed when they see the results.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even with zero prior experience. If you're on the fence about trying crochet, this is the kit to start with. I definitely recommend it!

Beautifully presented box and kit better than expected. Instructions are easy to follow but 6 hrs is very ambitious to complete in. I’ve been working on my beautiful bag for three weeks and I’m thoroughly enjoying the adventure of creating my SunnyBeach Tote bag. Would recommend

I loved the quality of the yarn and the fact that everything I needed was in the box. The finished product looked exactly as pictured. Although the straps included had some defects, replacements were quickly mailed to me so I could finish the project. I made it as a gift and the recipient was thrilled. Altogether a very positive experience!

I love receiving my beautiful box from Crochetpark! It has everything you need and a very detailed tutorial for you to follow. I have made 3 purses so far and am about to order my 4th. I would have given it 5 stars but the shipping time is very long.

I had a terrific experience with the CrochetPark customer service, especially Terry. My package that I was excited to receive never arrived. It appears the Mail person likely put it in the wrong drop box. Terry was helpful in providing me tips on how best to investigate the lost package in a timely fashion. Despite multiple attempts to find it on my end, Terry assisted me in having another package sent to me at different address that does not require a drop box, so the same thing did not happen. I am happy to report I received my package and looking forward to starting my pocketbook.

I just received my second bag from Crochetpark, when making the first one I was really happy with the materials, the information and the video which enabled me to make the bag I really love. This time I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour. I emailed Crochetpark straightaway and Terry quickly replied to say that the colour had been switched to the one I wanted before it was dispatched.

I was really happy with the customer service and with Terry in particular and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My first interest was to crochet an Aveline bag as a gift. I was surprised with the quality of the yarns and all the parts/tools included when I opened the kit box. The bag was turned out so beautiful and elegant that had kept me going on. So far, I have finished two Aveline, two Sunny Holiday Shoulder bags and one Seabreeze Ware Tote in less a month.

I had a great experience with Crochetpark. This is my second purchase. My first order arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected.
