I purchased my first bag kit and was delighted. Good quality materials were supplied with everything you would need to complete my bag.
Video instructions are very clear. Unfortunately I had trouble with my internet so asked if I could have a PDF file so I could print it. Customer care was exceptional and I was sent the PDF file so I could complete my project. Will definitely be ordering more of these kits.

Great company with good quality yarns and accessories in their kits. I have so far done 6 kits and loved doing them all, will definitely be doing more. The customer service is good and products are great for everyone, especially the video tutorials

I made the Aveline purse for my mom for Mother's Day. She absolutely loved it. People are in shock when they find out it's home-made!

This is my 4th Crochet Park project having made the Sunny Beach Tote and the Sunny Weekend Hobo previously. This time my project is Daily Carryall Tote, this was a different to previous yarn as it was raffia and had to be crocheted with 3 strands simultaneously. The instructions are clear showing how to work the strands but my personal preference was to split each ball of yarn into 3. Love making the bag and it has everything you need. Ive already ordered my next project, Seabreeze Wave Tote to make as a gift.

My daughter bought me the Valley Camellia bag kit. It arrived when expected. It came in a beautifully presented box with everything you need. Good quality yarn and easy to follow instructions both on paper and video link to their website. I have completed the bag which is beautiful and of high quality. I love it. I will most definitely be buying another!

I have really enjoyed making the Sunny Beach Tote and was surprised by how well it has turned out given this is my first time crocheting anything!. The video tutorials are very good and help you see each step clearly.
I had a slight issue with the handle on my bag as it wasn't the same as the website showed but customer services were really helpful and have sent me a replacement at no extra cost which exactly matches . Very impressed and will be ordering my next project.

Just finished my first ever bag, took a lot longer than said but thouroughly enjoyed making it and people comment on how lovely it is 🤩

I recommend Crochet Park because the purses are beautiful & made with quality materials. The kit arrived in an adorable box that includes every single thing you need to create the item. The best part was that written instructions are included, but there is a QR code directing you to the step by step video to help you make the perfect craft!

I was hesitant to start a blanket project, but I am so very glad I did. I am on my third blanket kit ! The yarn quality and colors are lovely, and everything you need is delivered in an attractive box . The pattern and available help make the project easy!

I have purchased the garden bee bag, the videos to follow are very easy and clear. The bag is coming along nicely and am joining all the parts together. Its looking great. Excited to finish and start to use it.

I purchased the Bee bag sometime ago and it took me some time to make it : work commitments. The bag components are debt in a wonderful box and you have everything you need. When I first bought it, I was given a code which allows me access to the video on how to make it. Whenever I found an issue I could always message them and they would solve it or explain what I needed to do. The videos are amended on a regular basis which means they take customer service seriously. I - like others - could not master the twist handle and so they gave an alternative.
I recently found that my handle kept pulling out of the hardware and Terry was extremely helpful and had sent me another set.
I was impressed with their quality and their helpfulness.
To date I have ordered the Bee Bag, Hobo bag and now the Sunny Beach Tote. Addictive!

Love the kit . The presentation the contents and instructions were all first rate . I altered the construction a little to suit me . Will buy another .

I ordered two bags and one of them came with the wrong color bottom. They were very nice and immediately sent out the correct one. I am an experienced crocheter; I found the pattern to be very easy to follow and the videos are super helpful. The yarn is a little slippery and is ribbon-type, which can be a little challenging to work with at first, but once it gets going, it moves along quickly! It's a great pattern and the leather bits (straps and base) are all very nice quality! I'm thrilled with the kit and am almost half way through one of them!

Really pleased I got the crochet kit. I used to do this as a kid and with the help of clear instructions done by the team I got transferred back in time. Super fun with a cute new bag as a result. Thx

I have crochet experience and I bought a project for beginners, yet even with my expert crocheter's friends help, neither of us were able to finish the project. It was beyond complicated and confusing. The video tutorial didn't really help at all, and because I'd already started the project, I wasn't eligible to return it, which is ridiculous, because how can you tell if you want to return it until you've started it! Will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend it for anyone else.

I received my kit as a Mother’s Day gift as I love crafting. Upon removing the wrapping, the first thing I noticed was the lovely box containing the kit materials. The box was sturdy, easy to open & close and had a lovely floral design. Upon my first look inside, it was immediately obvious the quality of the materials provided was top-notch. I was excited to get started on my project but we were celebrating our family time with dinner at a local restaurant so I closed the box & put it away for later. Upon returning from dinner, I discovered our dog was just as excited about the present and decided to “explore” the contents. His favorite item was the leather base that ended up being his new favorite chew toy. Sadly, the bad could not be repaired, so I reached out to CrochetPark Customer Service and they have been wonderful. I uploaded a picture of the destroyed base and they are sending me a replacement.
