Had a great experience with Croyland. Dan and Jamie were great to deal with throughout. They found me a perfect car in my budget. The car was spotless when collected and more than exceeded my expectations. They are very honest people and they don't mess you around like some other dealers! Would highly recommend.

I bought a car less than 8 months ago and the timing chain snapped damaging the engine. According to the consumer rights act as a dealership they should have done something about it. They did not and now I am left with a £10,000 bill to fix my car.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ben was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, with no pressure at all. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m delighted with my car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My self and my husband were looking online for a new car after mine broke down. We found a car we liked on the website and I enquired to which we quickly got a response. Due to work we were unsure whether we would get to view the car until the Sunday morning but Jamie made it possible to go to view and test drive it after work which meant he stayed after his working hours. Before we went to look for a car Jamie sent us a video of the car showing the inside and outside and the moved it into the showroom so that we could see it better when going to view it as it was a dark and wet evening.
Jamie was very professional and was able to assist with any questions we had while in the show room and on the test drive. After paying the deposit for the car Jamie kept us updated on the WhatsApp chat and got the car ready for us to pick up quickly as I didn’t have a car to get to and from work.

Dan made the whole process straightforward and stress free. He wasn't pushy. Let us view the cars that we wanted at our leisure. Then sat down and did the paperwork which was done efficiently. We collected the car yesterday and were impressed with the whole process. Thanks Dan!

Matt was incredibly helpful and professional and made the buying process really straightforward. He kindly arranged for a few very minor things to be fixed, and kept me updated about everything all the way through. I’d defo recommend Croyland to anyone and especially Matt who was first class.

Jamie Burton was honestly incredible throughout the whole process of helping me understand car finance. From the very start, he took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, breaking down all the details and options without ever making me feel overwhelmed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt confident in my decisions. Thanks to Jamie, what felt confusing and stressful at first turned into a smooth and straightforward experience, and I ended up getting a financed car that really suits my needs. Just brought a car from croyland motors, was very easy from viewing to getting my car the sales assistant very knowledgeable and helpful . Can't fault them at all been a good experience!

I dealt with Jamie Burton who was brilliant from start to finish. I live 2 hours away and Jamie provided me with all the information I requested and videos before I left to make the trip so there were no unpleasant surprises on arrival and made sure I wasn’t wasting my time. Although he didn’t move on price, Jamie ensured that the car was MOT’d before I picked it up, as well as replacing the break discs and pads, adding a missing piece of trim under the bonnet, parcel shelf, handbook and sorted out a spare key at no extra cost. The car came with 12 months free RAC breakdown cover and a £25 fuel voucher for the Shell garage adjoining the shop. We didn’t buy the extended warranty, instead opting for the free 3 month one. Jamie was not overly pushy in trying to sell the add ons either. Handover was easy and I would definitely look to use Croyland again if I am in the market for a new car.

I have been going to Croyland for my cars for a few years now and always deal with Ben. He is so friendly, efficient and goes above and beyond. Ben deals with everything from start to finish, I would never buy a car from anyone else other than Ben.

The experience was ultimately down to Ben, who was knowledgeable, understanding and relaxed putting my decision making at ease.

He also went above and beyond in getting the best possible deal for me, really appreciate it. Definitely reccomend.

The salesman I dealt with and always deal with is superb, doesn’t bulls**t, tells the truth, wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Ben and Croyland again

I recently bought a van from Croyland, the experience from start to finish was pleasant. Ben was the salesman dealing with me and I really liked the no pressure approach.
They had only just got the van in stock when I viewed it. After looking round it, there was a couple of bits I wasn't happy with, Ben said he would get them sorted for when I collected the van.
Ben and the team sorted the paintwork I pointed out and prepared the van to a high standard.
I would highly recommend Croyland car megastore and will be returning when my son turns 17.
