As a group of 4 we were looking to book our 4th river cruise, my friend and I looked at lots of different cruise companies and decided to go with Emerald. We contacted Emerald direct who were helpful and gave us details, prices etc. However, we decided to look at a few brokers to compare prices etc. Crui.se seemed to be offering what we were looking for and we have not been disappointed. Rebecca could not have been more helpful, she managed to get us the same cruise with the same flights, rooms etc., but at a discounted price. Nothing was too much bother and she always responded promptly and offered various options for communications either by email, phone, links etc. Looking forward to their continued support and advice as we prepare for our cruise in September.

I have been recommended this company and persuaded not to use my usual agent. Rachel has responded quickly to all my questions and she has also secured a reduced price for the cruise next week. It's the Nuremberg/Frankfurt cruise leaving on the 23rd of December.
I am now looking at cruises for the Summer, already!

Our first river cruise in 2024 was arranged by Rachel at Cruise.se, great experience so much so we have again booked for 2025. We would not book with another company because the help and advice from Rachel was the best, great company, great staff. Geoff Davies.

This was a first river cruise and on the whole we enjoyed our time on the River Danube and the Christmas markets. Information provided by Cru.se was very comprehensive and they were always willing to help with any questions we had

We travelled on our first River cruise along the Rhine and absolutely loved it. We certainly plan to go on another one next year hopefully down the Danube. The cruise was with Riviera Travel and the whole experience was excellent, the food was superb and all the staff wonderful. Thank you for arranging.

Rebecca was very helpful with sorting out quotes, and travel dates when we were deciding on a Xmas river cruise. We decided to go ahead and are looking forward to our holiday in Dec 2025.

Our Emerald cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam was excellent. Friendly staff, good fellow travellers and fine food.

The total experience was amazing from my first contact and booking, to the care by all the Boat's crew, wonderful food served at each sitting. The tours were well planned, and guides excellent. My favorite holiday and highly recommended.

We have used cru.ise for a trip to Cambodia and Veitnam they were amazing from start to finish especially as I’m a nervous traveller, Rachel was wonderful at all times, we were so impressed we have used them again for this year trip thank you all at cru.ise

As a more 'mature lady' and never having been on any kind of water cruise I needed quite a lot support with my booking. My interaction with Rebecca was online and on the phone. The whole experience lasted a number of weeks with almost daily queries from me. Rebecca was always very polite, response to e-mails being almost instant, thoughtful with responses geared for my needs. I have now booked my cruise and feel that Rebecca has provided me with individually advice and I feel extremely happy with such an excellent service. I look forward to my cruise confident that I know what to expect and having confidence that I will really enjoy the experience.

Ive sailed with Uniworld before but not on such a long cruise.
Rachel was a fantastic help, especially as I booked last minute. With only 7 days before departure, Rachel made sure I had everything sorted and received all my documentation in time.
She called me regularly to confirm I had received her emails and helped me action paperwork that needed to be taken care of.
She honestly made the whole process efficient and helped me keep calm about my last minute decision.
Will definitely call her next time Im booking a cruise.

Rachel Peers was very helpful when we used 'chat' to find out about one of the Saga river cruises.

Being new to river cruising, I had little knowledge of what was involved and to be honest had a few concerns. We are group of 4 we have never been on a river cruise before I called Rachel who was so helpful it was all the help and guidance she gave that made us book she held the cabins we wanted until we could confirm everything we called separately and paid deposits. We had further questions which she answered and sent confirmation through with all the requests we had asked for looking forward to our trip next year.
