What a fabulous service I have received from the lovely team at Cruise2...
As cruise newbies, we were not sure how everything would work for a transatlantic trip..and there was no need to worry.
From the very first contact we had with Imran, who patiently and expertly took us through the process of booking a cabin on the QM2, to the hotel we wanted (which he magically offered us) to the best regional flight home, we felt supported.
This continued through to the very clear and prompt invoicing and documentation needed, to the phone call I had this afternoon with Kate who was lovely and courteous, and kindly and efficiently took me through the payment process to pay the balance.
Getting so excited for our trip now - thank you, all at Cruise2 for your fabulous customer service!

Booking a Princess Cruise with Cruise2
We successfully made a booking with Cruise2 for an 11 day Cruise with Princess Cruises. It was for our first ever cruise and the agent Paul answered all our questions and especially helped us to narrow down the most ideal cabin style and position for our requirements.
