Had a few questions, once I found the “ We care” email address Larna was very helpful . It did take a while to get the answer to one of my questions regarding an early breakfast but Larna did explain they were waiting for a response from the hotel in Italy . Once received She gave me an update with options that was very helpful & arranged breakfast boxes for us for our early start

I so much appreciate the care and time given to me by Paul. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs even staying after shift hours. We booked a cruise through Cruise2 last November with Jordan to Japan with Qatar airlines and Celebrity cruise line. With all the problems in the Middle East we didn’t know if we would get to go on my special 70th birthday.
We have been in constant contact with Kate who has been very helpful in helping us with changing flights etc. No questions or any emails are a problem to Kate which there have been a few she has dealt with them all professionally and in a timely manner.

Hats of to Emma, she was sooo helpful. We booked a cruise last year while onboard a Holland America ship. We agreed on the cabin number and thought that was locked in. Cruise2.com who we nominated as our agents as we received excellent service last year received the details from the Cruise line and we had been allocated the wrong cabin. I contacted Emma and she got the cabin changed to the same one we had last year. We were told by HAL sales agent that it wasn't available but Emma worked her wonders and got it for us.

We were showing the wrong time for pick up from the cruise port Rome Emma was brilliant and contacted the supplier for the taxi service. To change the time of pick up. They turned up early and we had a really good journey into Rome

When I received my confirmation documents, I noticed an error in the cabin assignment. Ashley quickly corrected it and sent the updated confirmation. She also rang me to confirm that she had sent it to me. Very efficient and great communication!

Used Jordan and Cruise2 for our last holiday to Memphis, New Orleans and cruise around Mexican Gulf. He is utterly professional and nothing is too much trouble. If he can sort it and tailor make your holiday he will, if he can’t do it he tells you how to do it with good advise. 5 Stars compared to some other companies I have used.

From the initial enquiry and booking with Zac and then help from Emma and Ashley when we had difficulty checking in with Air China, could not have been more impressed with how helpful they all were. The holiday was amazing and everything was delivered as promised 4 flights, 2 hotels, 12 night cruise and 4 transfers. The booking process was easy. The cost of the cruise and stay in Tokyo was very reasonable. All transport was arranged between transfers. The ship Celebrity Millennium was 1st Class. Service. Food, Entertainment all top notch, No complaints. Will definitely use Celebrity cruise line again.

When you book through this company don’t expect a smooth running holiday.
The day after booking the agent contacted me to say that there were now no places on the Bernina Express, a key part of the holiday. He asked me to book it myself and refunded me with more than I had paid for this element, if I could book it.
I did this but then found that the date was changed on three occasions, hassle to sort it all out over a period of months.
The flights were also changed, a few months afterwards, to times that were much later in the day on both departure and return dates.
Even the lovely cruise wasn’t free of problems but this was no reflection on the Oceania line, who were excellent. Yet again the company changed the pick up transfer time in Venice from 11.00 to much later that day. Thank goodness that one person, Kevin, actually took responsibility and returned the pick up to 11.00 am. If he hadn’t we would haven been waiting for much longer for our taxi to take us to the airport for an evening flight.
Unfortunately, our documentation showed, as did that of other passengers, that we were to be picked up from Venice port. The cruise ship actually docked at the Fursina terminal!
More hassle contacting the taxi firm, they confirmed that they knew that we were to be picked up from Fursina. Sadly, no-one at Cruise2 took the time to let us know that the ship was docking elsewhere or that the taxi company knew about the new arrangements.
As a result there were lots of stressed people trying to understand what was going on and quite a few took taxis from the terminal rather than risk the taxi not collecting them or them missing a connection.
When we booked we, like others we spoke to, were impressed by the five star reviews.
However, in our view organisation was very poor from start to finish. Elements of the holiday were very good but the amount of aggravation cast a cloud over the whole trip.
No-one that we spoke to would consider using Cruise2 again and I can only say that if you do use this company then be aware that things may well not run smoothly.
We expected that things would be well organised, at our age the last thing we need is to spend part of our time trying to resolve problems.
We can only give the company two stars.
