I work in a merchant and have dealt with Crystal Direct, and I have to say the service has been fantastic from the initial enquiry right through to delivery.
I’d especially like to mention Suki Bowal, one of their delivery drivers. I recently messaged Suki on behalf of one of my customers regarding their delivery, and he genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful.
My customer actually called me afterwards specifically to tell me how helpful and friendly Suki had been, which says a lot about the service he provides.
And this isn’t the first time I’ve heard customers mention Suki positively either — he has been praised by various customers on previous occasions.
Suki is a real asset to Crystal Direct and a credit to the company. It’s great to see someone who clearly takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
