Website was clear, staff were very helpful, engineer was great.
Website was clear, the S7 tracker and subscription was by far the best value I found on the market. Jessica Sheard from the back office was extremely helpful in booking the engineer, and the Engineer, Leighton Corley was very knowledgeable, turned up on time, called me beforehand, and did a good job, in extreme heat. I had an email straightaway to set up the app, and my account is now live. I just hope I never need to use it. The one improvement I would suggest is to put some paperwork in the box when the tracker is sent out, and let me know it's coming by post. The same week I was expecting a black box for another vehicle, and assumed the Crystal Ball tracker was the black box, so that caused a little confusion. Overall though I am very happy so far.
