Crystal Ball Ltd Reviews

Personally only ever dealt with Alex at Crystal Ball. Even on New Years eve he answered my phone and helped me out with a technical question I had.

Richard is outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond to help me whenever I need support. I’m not very confident with CB, but having Richard available to answer my many and varied questions genuinely makes my day-to-day work much easier.
No matter what I’m asking or when I’m asking it, Richard is always patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better to help me with my queries — he is a real asset to the company.
The only improvement I would suggest from my perspective is ensuring there is sufficient Richards on hand to cover when Richard is unavailable or on annual leave hahah. His support is greatly missed during those times. 😊😊

I can't speak highly enough about this company. Whatever request we put into them is dealt with promptly and efficiently and unquestioned.

Had an S7 Thatcham tracker supplied and fitted on my Ford Ranger and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Martin was the representative I dealt with and he was spot on – very professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout. The install was carried out efficiently, everything was explained clearly, and the tracker is working perfectly.

On top of that, they were the most competitively priced compared to others I looked at. Really smooth process and great customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tracker supply and fit.

Martin was very approachable and answered all my questions with confidence

From start to finish the whole process was easy. Messages answered quickly, engineer booked in straight away. Extremely efficient friendly company to deal with. Well done 🤩

Helpful, concise support - keen that the client has a successful outcome.
Would not hesitate to recommend product & support/training team...

We have recently joined Crystal Ball for our company trackers and dash cams, and I have to say they are a very professional company with an extremely friendly and helpful team. They are great to deal with on the phone, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
We have just completed our software training, and Martin was very thorough, explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. We are really looking forward to getting our full fleet up and running so we can start seeing exactly what the system has to offer.

Alex was great help and explained all the packages which catered to my needs. I went for a smart dash cam and a S5 tracker. Best advice and highly recommend Crystal Ball and Alex for car and van security needs.

I recently bought a Thatcham S5 tracker from Crystal Ball and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From placing the order to having it fully installed took just one week, which is incredibly efficient.

The service has been absolutely sublime throughout. The driver cards and the app work phenomenally well, offering seamless functionality and complete peace of mind. I was especially impressed by the monitoring centre they called within seconds when the car was started without the driver card present. That level of responsiveness is exactly what you want from a security system.

On top of all that, having a Thatcham-approved tracker installed even lowered my insurance premium, which was a fantastic added benefit.

Overall, Crystal Ball has delivered a top-tier product with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

The Crystal Ball solution has provided so much data for us that has helped immensely in managing our fleet risk. It has provided valuable insights into our drivers' behaviours behind the wheel as well as being able to provide irrefutable evidence when defending accident claims. The insurance market this year responded favourably to the work we had done, and we therefore benefitted from a 33.34% reduction in premium based on the previous year.

Reporting within Crystal Ball provides everything and more, and the portal is easy to navigate. Self-serve is easy and the technical team are always on hand to assist with any queries.

All in all we have had a very positive experience with Crystal Ball since our first contract started and I would recommend their solution

Michael was really helpful and accommodating. We have worked with Crystal Ball now for over 10 years and would recommend. The online and app tracker system is very user friendly.

Crystal Ball has been consistently professional and easy to work with. The team communicates clearly, responds promptly, and provides solutions that work well for our needs. We’ve found them dependable and straightforward, and their support has made things run more smoothly. I’m happy to recommend them.

Very helpful and accommodating to changes. A very prompt service.

We have been customers with Crystal Ball for many years, the service given has always been reliable and timely. No missed appointments, the staff answering the phones are always courteous and helpful and everything is confirmed in writing.

I would highly recommend their products, we have trackers and dash cams, the online portal is easy to use and the data provided is clear and concise.
