They installed all the windows and doors throughout my house in a record 2.5 days. An incredibly experienced, professional and hardworking team who clearly know their trade inside out.
They worked together brilliantly — fast, organised and efficient, while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail throughout.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Bill , the surveyor. His experience and knowledge were clear from the start, and his practical suggestions and professional advice were extremely helpful in making sure everything was planned correctly before the installation.
I’m extremely pleased with the finished result. The new windows and doors look fantastic and have made a huge difference to the house.

We have used Crystal before in the past so they were our first choice for our new PVC porch. Clive from sales has great experience and was able to assist us with what we wanted. It all happened so quickly, signed on the dotted line one day, survey the next and fitted the following week. The fitters were polite and hard working and kept us updated throughout the job. The job went a day longer than planned and we were not here when it was finished. There was a small issue with an air bubble on the floor resin but after a quick call somebody came out within 90 minutes and it was sorted!! I would highly recommend them.

I’m a returning customer. Eight years ago I had my windows replaced in my apartment and this time Crystal Windows replaced the entrance and rear doors and two windows upstairs in my house.

It is what they explsined- great product. Finished in good, some small things fixed latter which is important to tackle in good time. I have no hesitation recommending Crystals Window and Doors as they called but they do other great stuffs, which is my third purchase now fitted.

Bit of a shaky start with the salesman but quickly followed up by factory manager who was amazing. The whole team did a fabulous job, any issues were quickly and professionally dealt with and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Crystal Windows & Doors for any future upgrades.

Over the years we have used Crystal Windows, to install our double, glazing windows, and we have been pleased with their service from Administration, sales, to final installment. Since using them they have branched out into other areas and we recently used their service for new Guttering, Facia etc. They did a wonderful job, were clean,and tidy during and after their work. In addition they helped to resolve an issue with our "shared" downpipe with the neighbour and this was resolved without having an impact to the neighbours wall. The men from Crystal, overseeing this particular job were very, knowledgeable, fair and patient. We also recently had the last of our windows changed to double glazing. The two men worked hard, were genuinely nice and talked with me through stages of the installation, what they were doing etc..As, a company we trust the work they have done for us and are very pleased with all round results. They also, specialise in other areas i.e. patios, garden etc and if, in the future we are considering those areas. We will not hesitate in contacting them and give the work to them.

No issue with installation but lack of professionalism with products. Wrong glass installed on first floor although replaced 2 weeks later. Wrong size window fitted and then corrected. Felt it was a rush service without proper procedures being met. When I emailed a complaint the reply was quite abrupt. Have used crystal in the past and have no issue with their windows, just annoyed at the service received this time.

Richard who fitted my new door from Crystal was very professional in his job. He was kind and friendly and do his work very well, produce a nice clean and tidy job. After he fitted the door, I was shown how to use the keys with the new locks on the door. Keep up the good work Richard, well done.

Crystal have been professional throughout the installation of my front porch, Sean - sales rep, Andy - surveyor , Jo in the office and the fitters Jay and Charlie. Everything has been to a very high standard, communication online and phone calls outstanding, from start to finish everything was explained perfectly to me and any questions I had were answered straight away. I used Crystal 11 years ago to refit all my windows and doors and the quality of service and materials are still 100% amazing. I would highly recommend Crystal for anyone’s home improvements.

The instillation date was prompt and fitted with our expectations.
The fitters were polite helpful and they explained the fitting plan and meeting the daily target timelines. They were clean and careful throughout.
As with any new product there were a few snagging issues that the follow up team rectified promptly without question.
Very pleased with the final outcome.
