Having spent a great deal of time trying to obtain travel insurance at reasonable cost for my age group, I was delighted to discover the CSIS no-quibble cover at an acceptable price. Highly recommended.

My enquiry was was dealt with quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction.

The staff member understood my query very quickly and resolved the problem without fuss. He explained everything clearly and the matter was dealt with very quickly.

Fortunately I have had no reason to make a claim so I can only refer to paying my renewal over the telephone which proved to be simple and efficient. Having experienced difficulties last year where my payment was allocated to somebody else my caution this year was satisfied. The young man I dealt with was efficient and professional.

A problem I had with awaited surgery, and some other related issues, was resolved efficiently and politely at fairly short notice by Lee Weller.

This is now my third year taking out annual travel insurance with this Society and I have been most satisfied with them. Of course premiums have gone up each time but I’m not naive enough to think that every other insurance company will not have done the same. What I can say is that they have clearly communicated their reasons for having to do so and I feel they have tried to keep the premiums reasonable based on the risks. Their cover remains good and I certainly would encourage anyone eligible to consider them.

No hesitation in renewing for another year. The renewal process is straight forward and everything is very clear.

When we have had the need to claim the process has been fair and efficient.

This insurance is very competitive in price and difficult to better with the amount of cover you get. I had occasion to make a claim last year. It was handled in a prompt manner once all the necessary paperwork was completed. Their staff communicate well with any queries you may have.
