Marty was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He literally did all the hard work for me and all I had to do was provide him with some documents and find a house. You could easily get in contact with him when needed and he kept you updated regularly, which for me was important. Not only does he deal with mortgages well but he also became my part time therapist, reassuring me when I became worried/anxious about anything. I would most definitely recommend CS mortgage solutions to anyone who wanted to get their foot on the property ladder or simply remortgage on an existing house. I honestly cannot recommend Marty highly enough! I had issues on my credit report that I was convinced meant I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage at all, but I reached out to Marty after a friend recommended him, and I’m SO happy I did. He completely put me at ease about everything from the beginning, and was so reassuring through the whole process. He put in so much work to make sure he’d explored every option possible, until he was able to secure me a mortgage offer with the best rate on the market! I honestly never thought that would have been possible, and I genuinely don’t think it would have been if it hadn’t been for him fighting my corner. He’s also just such a lovely person! He made the whole thing as easy and stress-free for me as it could have been, and is super friendly and approachable – I constantly had about 1000 questions and never felt worried or nervous to come to him with any of them. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, and definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without him! I can’t say enough good things – I recommend him 1000% and wouldn’t use anyone else :)

Extremely late review but definitely recommend emma smart to anyone looking for a mortgage, we moved into our own home in December after plenty of stress from other companies who didn't want to touch us due to credit references even the so called specialists for low credit scores ran,

Up steps emma after been recommended to us after we had gave up hope, after our first chat emma straight away said she was 99% sure she would get us something although it wouldn't be easy, she was the only person from about 6 companies who didn't shy away from the hard work,

Marty is the best there is!

Marty has been excellent - taken all the hard work out of it for us (especially with a newborn), and is super quick & efficient. I had dreaded the thought of trying to do this ourselves but it has been anything but stressful. Not to mention it’s great working with a real, common sense human.
