We have just moved into our first house and want to say a huge thank you to Hayley Gill! Being first time buyers, there was so much new information that we had to learn and Hayley was there to help guide us through at each stage, and really break everything down for us so clearly and efficiently. Hayley went out of her way for us to explain new terminology, timelines, processes and the legal side of things. She helped us beyond mortgage related queries, with wider aspects such as budgetary advice going forward to help us prepare as much as possible for when we become homeowners, and helping us to secure life cover protection.
Our property was a probate, and we had to wait 10 months for the exchange/completion and moving in. Within this time (as we still had time on our side), Hayley managed to secure us 3 new interest rates, due to the rates decreasing within that time. Hayley arranged all new paperwork and any life cover updates and liaised with our solicitors and estate agents when needed. Hayley always kept us updated along the way which we really appreciated.

Laz was brilliant at sorting out our mortgage, helping us to port our current mortgage plus arrange a further advance. Of all the brokers we spoke to, Laz was the only one that really looked into this more complicated option which saved us a decent amount of early repayment charges. I was in an unusual position which made sorting my mortgage on my own a bit more difficult. I contacted Navida Ahmed from Moneysprite and she was really helpful and helped me get a deal that was perfect for me. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and her communication was excellent.
